I had a good working unit and want to clean it up, so I used some compressed air for PC, not much but enough to f^^k up my printer. Now I'm stuck with this error, fml.
That fixed my Flashing red light problem. But I also can not get my Green on light to come on. What do I need to do to get this to work. I have only had this printer for 2 months.

Dom! Mine is showing the two red lights after I cleaned it ! I even did what you just did ! I don’t know what’s wrong with it ?! It was my first time to do maintenance on it ! It sounds like it’s stuck and can’t move ?!
What happens when nothing works. Bought my printer Dec 2023 it’s been nothing but red lights. Both lights blink at the same time done everything you have said and nothing works

The exact same thing happened to me. New print head and we still cant get this thing to work. Ghosting images, constant errors and NO support from the company. Please say away from this device.

You might have to buy a waste ink key depending on your software

There’s lots of things that can cause this* we will make more videos about other possible problems but the most common problem is dust on sensors

@@srdesigneredition6407 are you using the page setup? If you want to move the image the image must be smaller than 11”x16”
