You are the freaking man! I have a procolored l1800 I had to let sit for over a month while out of town for a funeral. I’m hoping I can follow this amazing instructions and get my printer back up again soon. Thank you.
Bro, awesome video. I was about to replace my head with a new one. I saw this video and thought of trying it as it was very well explained. I followed the video and now my printer is printing like brand new. Thanks a ton man. Also I would like to say that your explanation is really awesome. Just saw the video once and could follow along. You saved some bucks of mine. Thank you so much.
Hello! I am a newbie at this problem. Great video by the way. So my question is do you start the printhead cleaning right after the whole process of unclogging, cleaning, drying, and putting everything back into place? Or do you wait 12+ hrs.?
Cool video man, but as an actual printer tech, I can say this is a good method but various steps should be done before you attempt to push flush through printhead. This might actually make things worse by pushing actual ink into print nozzles. First steps you should take is to soak printhead in solution for a few hours n then reverse flush ink by using syringe then n only then should you try push flushing for clean curtains spray.
@@JustMe-xd2vc yes it will if printhead is really clogged and you try pushing as first step, that's why i clearly stated to soak head for about an hour then "reverse flush first" n then u will be able to push flush to see if curtains spray, but if there's any resistance then stop and repeat steps one and two.. Its simple. Of course if printhead is super clogged and u simply try pushing with a lot of pressure you will bust the seals.. I just unclogged two printheads yesterday using same exact method.. One for epson 1430 and Epson 3880 now working flawless..
Thanks so much for the awesome videos. I have a relatively new UV printer and all the colors are printing fine except white. I was able to achieve the spray like this video but white is still not printing. I’m about to buy a new print head but could it be something else. I’m stumped. Thanks so much
Can I make my own cleaner I’m in an emergent situation and need to get shirts done and my white is not working and is missing the middle half of the nozzle check. Also when you say soak the print head is it the nipple part or the bottom gold part? Thanks for the help
after doing a power ink flushing my printer got messed up. now when I do a head clean on my computer, all the colors come out correctly, but when I print, only the blue and red ink only comes out. can I still save my print head? or is it due for replacement already?
I replaced my print head because when I print, it only prints a blank page. I am a teacher, so it sat over the summer and was not used. I just cleaned my print head and still nothing. Do you have any suggestions on what to try?
I have plk brand l 1800 Epson , honestly is a lemon we don’t know how many times we change print head , we change motherboard 9 months ago , still no print , not color at all any advice , before we puts in the garbage thank

Reverse flush. Forward flush will push against the seals and ruin print head

I’m not sure that you can make your own cleaner however I’ve hear that you can. You can soak both the top nozzle and the bottom
