The only difference is just the finish of the foundation. The matte one is just a bit more matte. And neutral.

is the new one with viatmin c the same formula. like isnit silicone or water and what is a good primer to use for this?

Do I put powder on before primer??
You can do it both ways but usually I’ll do primer then powder!
I don’t know if this helps but I have SEVERELY dry skin and I Love the fresh wear foundation but I cannot use the matte foundation of ANY kind.

It depends on your skin type. I have oily skin so I always always have to set any foundation very well! 😊

Hi! I would suggest the fresh wear because it has sun screen and it’s matte in which it will control your oils!
