this gives me freshman memories when i was looking for a matte foundation for my competitions and your youtube video popped up!! and this was 4 years ago!!!😭 i would always watch your foundation videos bc youre the same shade as me and i needed to see how they worked. this gave me so many feels aww♡

It had been a long, long, looong time since I had bought makeup, so I just went out to get this foundation (how I found the video) & I literally JUST got home and plan on doing my makeup except for lipstick under my mask as well lol

They seem super interchangeable. I have never used it but it doesn't look very different at all. You picked a great shade for the new one. It looks just like the other color. I cant get over how beautiful you are. I love your hair!

I'm confused when you first started putting the makeup on, the picture on the screen to the left of the screen showed the old foundation when you were done you said you applied the new foundation you then picked up the old foundation so I'm confused which is which .

I loved that foundation! I have to get it again to try it out again! but the only thing I had trouble w/ was that when I used certain primers, the foundation wouldn’t stick to my nose 😭

I have normal to dry skin in my t zone and I loved that foundation, it wasn’t too matte, it made my skin look flawless. I’m really sad about the new formula...my old one is way too old to use

Yep your right if it ain’t broke don’t fix it but I’m 108 too but I use Rimmel’s stay matt primer it works good with both formulas.
I used the pro matte from the time it came out, but no more. The pro matte has a new formula and it isn’t nearly as comfortable as the “original.” It is thicker/creamier. I loved the original, it worked well and felt “clean.”

I’ve always loved L’Oréal foundations. But then I grew up and found the candy store, or crack shop Sephora. But damn bb you reminded me of how lovely their products were. I wore L’Oréal throughout HS till I started playing around and spent so much more. Which was BS. And I remember last me all day long and look flawless.. You look sooooo pretty and your beat is PHENOMENAL. And your hair is so gorgeous. Would love to see what you can do on my face. I bet you’d make me sooo beautiful even with my monolid.

Color wise did you see a big difference? I’m 108 in the old formula too so just want to get your thoughts. On camera I can’t really tell.
This foundation never really worked for me it always separated at some point in the day. I tried it with many primers setting powders it didn’t work for me.

Love ya girl both sides look good but I agree the new formula is more mattified and dried down faster but the og is more satin matte but I do have it I add drop of oil and it looks more natural matte and can wear for hours and holds oils from breaking through especially in tzone

Omg I remember the Loreal Pro Matt foundation days!! Sadly I have to be careful with any matte foundations because of my dry skin. :/ I do have a couple of matte foundations that work but man I kinda just wish I had normal skin not dry 😭😭😭 Also you look beautiful! 😁

I’ve tried both now and as a foundation color twin of yours I can honestly say it is a little different the red cap one. For one it is a bit lighter color and not as matte.

I think this is the same formula as the Matte Cover they sell in my country, huge companies do that do make it seem like they are diversifying their products. 😅 Apart from that, you look so breathtaking!
Because people were complaining saying it wasn’t matte that they were oily still that’s why they changed it
I loved the W&W sponge so much that I went out and bought another, and it wasn’t as soft! If felt more firm. I figured maybe it was a bad batch, so I bought ANOTHER and it was firm too. My first one is barely hanging on since I’ve used it so much and I’m so sad 😭
I Love it to. I bought a new one and it wasn't as soft so I washed it a couple times and it broke it in and gave it the same feel as before

Thanks for this review! I been using 102 but when I went to Target, I saw the red capped tube. Everything was the same but it was a bit lighter. Do you think over time the foundation darkens? Maybe because I had it for a year? :(

I love the new formula I think is better than the old one
I adjusted to this new formula and it was working great but I think they changed it again. It doesn’t feel the same to me anymore. I’m looking for a new everyday foundation. This one was my go to, so sad. ☹️

I do not know why Loreal would want to mess with this formula...maybe the fact that the red bottle doesnt say certain things means they released just a differenf mayye formula but not replacing the OG? IDK...but that red package looked MATTE MATTE more than the OG and we all know that Loreal Pro matte is Matte lol. Either way your makeup still looked 💣💣💣
