Very well explained. I grew my hair for 1 year without trimming it then I went for a cut and was so sad about it but magically the same length grew back in 1 month so yes we should trim it for a healthy hair.

@@alinakhan4858 yeah it's not like she's cutting 5 or 10 inches of her hair it's just a trim probably 1 or 2 inch they normally grow in 1 or 2 months
