If remember back in the late 80s when the whole nation stopped for comic relief. Now it just passed without being noticed.

Instead of the public donating every year, why don't the public put on a show and the rich celebrities/sports people etc donate? I know it's for a good cause but these wealthy celebs should be asked to donate money - coz they have it. Just a thought.
@Macavity They probably do donate, but it would be an idea if the tables were turned. I know that there are lots of celebs who make a difference but maybe more could be done. As I said, just a thought.
