Please make a dedicated video for sumo and also i find it very difficult to lift the bar just at the start i cant do a swift sumi deadlift its always struggle at the starting mivement but after tha i pull easily any guide🥺??
Conventional deadlift from zero level height would make these numbers difficult 250-300 watever is possible when you are doing sumo, but during a conventional at zero level height (meaning without pads) lower back will become a limiting factor
