How do you draw the vaccine out of the bottle? Did you break the bottle and brought out the vaccine or you diluted from right inside the vaccine bottle?

Two ways
1. Open the cap of the vaccine bottle (vial). But you do so under water
2. Dissolve inside the bottle and extract with a syringe.
Method 2 is preferred

It's not always the same everywhere. Basically you choose the first one based on risk and endemicity. Newcastle is the notorious killer in some places and needs to be addressed first.
