I recommend hiring the old man Pai and putting him in the waiting room. His stat for procure is pretty elevated and he can become your dispatch guy. Whenever you need a spice instead of looking for cooking pots just send Pai out and he comes back with what you need.

what is waiting room
@@cm2sasuke When you hire someone but you dont put them to work in the restaurant, they go to a screen called "the waiting room." Staff that is in the waiting room can be used to to get ingredients you are low on under the dispatch function of the game.
@@bluestripetiger OMG Thanks for this info! I didn't know about "dispatch". I was very lucky in hiring good staff and put them straight into kitchen or wait positions so I never had extra staff in the waiting room.
I've pretty much finished the game apart from 1-2 full star aberrated and Udo things... but I was wondering why I'm always struggling to have enough condiments.
Him, Davina, and Masayoshi are my dispatch trio!
The branch manager will clean up tables, even if they don't have the ability normally, just a heads up. I use El Nino and Drae for my main so I just handle the wasabi

the wasabi auto refills at the branch too. I use raptor and el nino in main and Drae at the branch and it seems to work well
today I learned, thanks. I need a second table cleaner to make sure I don't miss a customer. Dave's feet just don't move fast enough to keep up

I have Drae, Nino, Maki and Charlie in the main restaurant, I only refill wasabi and in the branch Liu as manager with Billy, Raptor, Yone and Kyouko. Everything runs great and all I care about is the wasabi

Yone is also a rank 9 manager. But I agreed that Drae is a better choice for branch manager.

Main Branch
Raptor and El Niño as servers, kitchen it’s James and Yone. We got the freaks working here!!
2nd branch
Cohh and Drae as servers, Maki and Touhoku in the Kitchen. Mostly “kind of” normal people work here. Also Itsuki as manager.
Don’t let her starting skill fool you, once immediately leveled up she has a high level I practically everything!

Haha, same here. Unlocked it last night and I had a few employees I had leveled in waiting and using to go get items each day, but the manager was what I wasn't sure who to use
Wasabi is not needed for your branche, get Raptor on your side and get a cocktail one in your branche

Heyo! Loved the video, but the sound balancing was a little jarring- (normal volume intro logo noise, then extremely low volume voiceover in the video) I instinctively turned up my volume but it stood out when I went to watch other videos after this. Balancing that would be awesome in future vids! Thanks for the short and knowledgable video though- Im new to playing dave the diver and found this useful!

I run this set up for the main resteraunt but im considering switching out the raptor for the manager dude cause at a point it feels like a big wave of dirty tables can cause you to lose some customers if not careful, plus im always making loads more then the branch manages though im in like hyper late game
i put these three in the branch. seems branch does well and main has dave as an extra staff to handle things.

yes, there's a max. you don't need to fire anyone. just keep hiring until there's nobody else to hire.

Yes, any items you don't sell at the end of the night go to waste.
What Staff are u using on the main restaurant?
Mitchell (serving+, drink serving) and Cohh (cocktail serving, tip master). So Dave helps with cleaning tables and refilling wasabi.
Question: if I Fire a person but I trained the person retor to level 1 or have the same level?
I've never tried that. Why do you need to fire a person? Save expenses?

i haven't played this game for a long time. can't remember what i used.
Why did you activate automatic refills on just one dish on the menu?
any left overs in the menu will be wasted. so i just refill one dish, if everything else is sold, that dish gets refilled so i minimize any wastage.
I have the exact kitchen and dining staff but for my regular restaurant, average about 18k a night and 16k at the branch, any advice?
The menu plays a big part on how much you make. You serve expensive dishes you get more money.

yes, they are there but i can't remember who now, i haven't played this game for months now.
why do u put only 1 meal for each?
Because at the end of the night, any unused meals will go to waste and you get nothing for it. Set it to 1 unit and auto refill so if it sells out then it will refill another one. Worst case your just losing 1 unit of that meal.

If you check the auto refill or auto supply I can't remember the term, it won't run out so 1 unit wouldn't be too less.

I put the best staff in branch restaurant because you can't control the branch so you need it to be efficient. The main restaurant I can control Dave to help out refill wasabi and clean the tables.

@@GrownUpGamingGUG you don't need a better mic, just spend a bit of time recording audio and checking the audio levels, i.e. you mainly need to make it MUCH louder, like 3-4x louder. Just compare it to any other audio you have on your computer and you'll notice you're having to turn it way, way up. Make sure the mic is directly in front of your mouth and use a pop filter.
