I enjoyed watching the interview, thank you for that! I agree with Doug that each machine has its purpose and it can be hard to find a machine that does it all, maybe a moded Micra or the Decent. I will be excited to see a new espresso machine from WW! Stay tuned
If the “stereo” audio is bothering you and you’re on an iOS device make the audio mono by going to Settings > Accessibility > Audio & Visual > Then turn on Mono Audio.
I hope that the new Weber espresso machine is a direct lever, simple machine, like the Olympia Cremina, but with temperature stability at the grouphead and a pressure gauge. Keep it analog too. No apps! No digital crap... sorry, but I'm sick of digital devices.
At the exhibition in Copenhagen, I showed Christian Klatt that CO2 needs to be controlled; otherwise, there will be no extraction, only washing of the coffee. I showed him a product that has kept him awake for a month. 1000 euro cup of essential oils from roasted coffee !
too much wide shot, not enough b-roll. It's Weber Workshops! You don't think closeups of the toys are more interesting than watching you two guys talking. Shoot more, edit better.

Love this inside look at the workshop. I own a Weber Puck Screen, but that maxed out my budget. :)
That is an ingenious piece of marketing for Weber....

私も同市内に住んでいます(景色で場所はわかりますw)。weberさんの製品欲しいけど、お値段が…でもいつか買いたいですw
very cool insight!
Loved this
a rigid lever machine with hidden PID and pressure gauge, thats all I need to be happy :D

Go get a Strietman ;)
@@silas862 Nice machines but I like cappuccinos. The Cremina or bust.
@@davidhunternyc1 If milk steaming must be internal, the Argos could be a match as well.
KafaTek manufactury tour on Brian Quan channel looks much more impressive

How about the audio quality and editing? Sitting on the left and have it on the right side of the stereo sound, super confusing too
