Hello Amit ji! I've been surffering from urethral stricture since april 2022! I started homeopathy medicine in oct 2022 but now my recovery is stopped somehow! in 2022 i'm going for urine for like 35 times in 24 hours and now its been 18 times in 24 hours and also the Rgu report shows reduction in stricture but not completely cured! I have stricture in my penis glans area just before the glans area inside urethra! The doctor told me to always drink lukewarm water every 2.5 hr throughout the day! and also some yoga to do daily! But my mistake is i missed yoga a lot like i've been doing it for 20min for 15-20 days which is quite less!
Do you have any suggestion to how to promote my recovery even faster because it has been stagnant for last 8 months or so.
Also is there a personilised yoga classes or a video that you can share with me?

i have uti when i do urine test but after treatment my symptoms doesn't go away my only symptoms is frequency to urinate so i doubt it must be polyuria? I don't know because on my last one my uti is just small please is this good? for polyuria if possible? frequently to urinate but it doesn't painful and my urine is large amount

Kindly check for stricture issue ! A small passable stricture might feel like an uti yet will create pain while passage of urine. If ur UTI tests are normal, kindly find a doctor who can do cystoscopy.

- Appears contrast filling the urethra towards the proximal urinary bladder
-Appears narrowing in pars membranorsa 1k 1cm
-Conclusion: Leads to stricture of the membranous urethra (narrowing of the urethra)
