There are a couple of subtleties that would be addressed in a higher-end production such as the focus at 0:36, more even lighting in the meeting room at 0:12, the white balance and coloring at 2:20 (the walls are supposed to be white but the lut they used ruins the color IMO). My guess is that it was shot in 4:2:2 color space which can affect the final grade. The audio in the interviews sound good which makes me think they had a sound guy on set, that's another $300 - $800 per day depending on the market.
