Love seeing a no nonsense planning video. It’s lovely to use stickers but sometimes gets overwhelming seeing so many videos of these sticker filled spreads with pretty cursive everywhere! This names me feel ok about being a functional planner. I do love to add stickers to my journal though. Is a great outlet for me in that sense. Great vid

      Thank you
I agree I think the stickers are pretty and don't mind seeing them, but they are way to much work and I end up not being in my planner. I love to add the stickers to eat up the blank space when I am done journaling. I took a break from filming because I felt I was only doing it for videos. I love planning and I feel like my life is somewhat put together, even when it's not lol, when I am planning and journaling.

@@lifewithdebe9777 I totally agree! I feel like journaling and planning gives me a little therapy and relaxation as odd as that sounds to people who don’t plan lol

Congratulations on taking charge of your health ❤ What helped me with my weight loss was changing my dinner plate to a salad plate. It seems so simple, but it's the one thing that gave me results without me feeling like "I'm missing out". I started my journey weighing in at 215# last November and now down to 180# with another 10# to 15# to go. Keep up with the journaling, and don't beat yourself up if you miss days or weeks, it happens. Just pick up where you left off and keep going. You got this 😁🤙

Thank you so much! It has been hard some days so far but I know I can do this. I need to get everything under control and this is the only way I know works for me. I lost alot of weight about 20 years ago tracking my calories and fat grams and working out. I am realizing after getting a week under my belt that I will have to cut out a few things like my PBJ for lunch. My body doesn't mind taking the majority of my calories at dinner time, we eat dinner between 4-5pm.
Congratulations on your Amazing weight loss!
Thank you very much for your advice, I am thinking a small salad for lunch will be the best way for me to go. I can then take out my PBJ
