- ONE Women’s Atomweight MMA World Champion Angela Lee Pucci Opens Up On Mental Health & Fightstory - A nonprofit organization inspired by the life of Victoria Lee. In this short documentary, she bravely reveals the details of her own suicide attempt in 2017, along with the steps she took to improve her well-being. In honor of Victoria, Angela has launched Fightstory, a non-profit organization dedicated to speaking the truth, inspiring hope, and building a community for those struggling with mental health.

What a Beautiful thing to start up in memory of Victoria Lee, she will be forever missed and remembered. Suicide in common all around the world and in many walks of life... especially the young, I myself as a teenager thought about it every other day for a long long time as a struggled to cope with my emotions and having no one to talk to in a small town, with no internet back then, I attempted twice in one year, first time by pills overdose, and second time by jumping off a cliff into the sea, when I hit the sea I soon realised I wanted to live and then that became the biggest fight of my life, trying to stay above water and being bashed of the rocks and cliffs. Those scenes you see in the movies where people wake up on the beach after a ship accident are really true... I was so exhausted that I just lay there for what felt like hours.
After that, every day was a struggle, but I continued, just finding things I liked to do, stuff that would occupy my mind, the birth of my first son came at when I was 19...this was really a huge turning point for me, it took years, but eventually the dark thoughts in my head passed.
My love and everyones love is with you Miss Angela Lee, keep fighting, both inside and outside the ring. Be proud, be strong, but never be afraid to share your true feeling about anything at anytime.

You and you're amazing sister are inspirations I was so saddened to hear about Victoria I thought she was going to be the next huge thing and was completely shattered when I heard of her passing, thank you so much Angela for sharing it must have been truly hard to share this especially with the tragic passing of you're sister thank you so much for sharing Angela I hope you continue to stay strong and grow you are amazing.
