I still love the Marc Jacobs tote bag. I don’t care if or when it goes out of style, I think it’s a staple bag. I have three of them and I always get compliments because they suit my personality and style.

So true about the zipper thing!! I NEED a zipper for extra security and I notice so many brands are making bags now with no zipper 😩 oh well it helps me stay in budget

My last bag regret was I bought the Burberry Belted bag. When I got the bag the issue wasn’t the leather quality - the quality was fine, the color was perfect (it was the limited edition horse pony insignia)The problem was it weighed more than 3 pounds empty!

I agree , if bag has no zipper and is too big , too small , too heavy I won’t go for it . Totes and shoulder bags same case I don’t want them , they have to have 2 or one handles and bandolier for crossbody

You're so right! The bags I regret buying are ones that don't fit my lifestyle. I love mini bags but bags I reach for are more mid sized that fit more than the bare essentials.

Thank you so much, agree with you on terms of practucality. I was regretting so much after buying Gucci Dionysus, because it was too much unpractical with a heavy chain and too little space. After all, I have sold it and bought a Lady Dior instead)
I personally avoid bags with zippers because the zipper teeth touching my skin when I reach for things feels very unpleasant

I disagree about the Marc Jacob’s Tote and Go-14. Who cares if a bag is oversaturated? I sold mine but it’s a great bag and that’s why people flock to it. Also the Go-14 is going to become a classic. How do you know people buy it because it’s on trend vs them thinking it’s beautiful? I think it’s STUNNING but it’s too feminine for me.

My biggest regret is buying a LV monogram bag🤢 Especially in midwest people would stare at you without even hiding the fact that they stare you down. So rude. I wore my LV twice, of the looks I got was insane. Made me uncomfortable. Now I have a really nice Coach tote and the leather is amazing. Looks so cute but nobody stares me down.

Marc Jacobs the tote bag is very practical and sturdy. I have a plastic foam in the bottom of the bag and this makes it possible to carry computer, books, grocery and everything in between.

I sell the trendy ones before they go out of style. This way i don't lost too much money on the items, but yet enjoyed using them.

💧 I am so ridiculously influenced by Content Creators and unboxings, it’s crazy. The last two handbags I purchased were 💯 bought as a result of watching multiple vlogs featuring the bag. I really try very hard now to 1) recognize that I can’t buy every pretty handbag I see, and 2) I ask myself if I like the bag enough to purchase it if it didn’t have a designer logo on it. Often the answer is no, I don’t.
I feel like we are all victims of constant praising on RUclips. I miss the days that I was making my own decisions with minimal outside influence but these days I can't buy anything without watching dozens of videos on it.
I adore my go14s. And its personal taste.
