I'm in my late 40s and have started noticing shorter hair in the sink after washing....I don't colour my hair, nor use a lot of heat, just rough blow dry after an hour or so of air drying and I trim the ends regularly. Why is this happening? Thank you if anyone knows 😊

could be from perimenopause. that’s when the dreaded shedding begins.😢

@ it should help. i find the Nizoral Dr Liu recommends helps decrease the shedding.
