Seeing this live at the Phoenix Regional was a huge reason I decided to get back into the marching arts as an educator and pursue my goal of becoming an arranger. Broken City's front ensemble has become one of my favorites and it would be an absolute dream to write for them one day. ❤
I think Broken City is about to go on a Bill Russell Celtics style run of Championships. They've seemed to find a certain style and the writing mixed with the talent they seem to get is going to be unstoppable. It really does seem like they're on a Jedi level and everyone else isn't.
There are some groups that aren't too far off, but Broken City has the culture in place. And their rehearsals aren't like military-esque like some other world class groups are. I heard their rehearsals are pretty chill. They're doing it right, in my opinion.
@@simplyvibinn5417 which groups are military-esque? I feel like the whole indoor scene is pretty chill over all. Some may commit to their theme more than others, but I wouldn't say they're military-esque.
Definitely. Might be unpopular but i think this couldve been > 2019 and personally I think it was their best show. They were gonna cook so hard at finals
