Glad we at SawHaul were able to help you make one! Keep up the great work! Obviously we are not in the business of selling used wood, but we do help people build their own on a daily basis if they just need a component or 2!
And if you have more than an hour or 2 in it, the time savings of being able to purchase one justifies itself. I get it though. I’m “that guy” who says “I can make one of those” according to my wife. Hahahah!!! Kenny Finley CEO SawHaul
Good job. I made one for my Kubota L2501. I found it so handy to have my saw with me on the tractor that I made one for one of my John Deere’s. You will love having your saw carried on the tractor.
Yes, it's quite handy! Thanks for the comment. I need to come up with a way to store some chains and a gas can and bar lube jug. I've been throwing the chain on the floorboard of the tractor but I'd much rather have it somewhere else. I'm thinking of maybe having a small "cargo carrier" mounted to the fender, something that I can throw stuff in but it won't touch the paint of the fender, and also have anchor points for bungie-cords to tie to so I can keep the gas can and such from falling out.
@@harrolfarms I have seen where some guys have built a rack for the back that fastens to the ROPS with u bolts. They usually make them out of expanded metal and angle iron but they could also be made out of wood. Necessity is the mother of invention.
Plunge cut with wide open throttle. Good way to get your hear taken off having a saw kick back. Plunge cutting dead wood is never a good idea but hey you got it done
Spent too much time planning a mount for on my Bronco spare tire. Made a similar setup in five min. Great idea
