- Maiden voyage for my new FeelFree Moken 14 fishing kayak. Landed a small common ling and got to know the new kayak. This thing will serve well for fishing and freediving.
The spot of the day was Strøno south of Bergen, Western Norway.

That is not a fail...it is just good ol fishing!
I find a lip grip does the job
Kayak fishing is addictive
Can't wait to head back out again!!!
Can you give a review of the kayak? What do you like and what you don't like on it? And little bit about dry suit, descriptiin and us it annoying around the neck and joints? I am trying to get into the kayak fishing here in Trondheim, but the 5 degrees water...:) Wish you all the best, nice content
Aleksandar Stevanovic I’ve been thinking about making a review video for a while.
The short summary would be that it’s damn heavy, slow to paddle (like all fishing yaks) and some parts are not good enough or unsafe. Yet I think it’s a good kayak for its purpose 😀
its nice i bumt in to you. Subscribed and hoping to see more kayak fishing videos.
R. K. There’s definitely going to be more kayak fishing 🎣 Nothing beats a day on the water deep sea fishing
@@Ocean4Life great. And thats what im doing at this moment :)
are those oversized paddle blades? If so curious to what they are because i've been looking for more speed.
Dominik Wilson it’s “Werner skagit”. The blade is normal for touring. I’m relatively strong and find that they move enough water for me. Any more and I’d get tired when paddling for a while. It takes a lot of energy pushing the kayak forward, makes my normal kayak feel like a mean racing yak.
Always practice fillet and release.
