Please note that if this is your first redemption, only $10, $25, and $50 rewards will be available for redemption. On all redemptions after your first redemption, you will have the chance to redeem $3 and $5 rewards! This was sent by fetch rewards center
@@just-me4442 yes that sounds good! You can redeem any amount of points after your first redemption, even the lower amount gift cards. Again, you can redeem 3x $50 gift cards right now according to the Fetch customer service response.
I attempted to apply 2 X 10.00 Fetch Rewards Visas to my PayPal account. It allows the card to be linked, however it does NOT allow the linked card to be applied to my PayPal balance.
I have a physical paypal business card. Couldn't I just use that to pay for a small item at the store and get cashback since I am able to get cashback with my paypal card?
Hi! In this video, I linked my VISA debit virtual cards to my PayPal business account. Then I would transfer it to my PayPal personal account. I don't know if you can do it from a PayPal personal account to another PayPal personal account. I've never tried it that way. Also, since Fetch raised the VISA debit card cash out option to some crazy numbers, I stopped cashing out VISA debit cards. It wasn't worth the exchange rate. But you can use your VISA debit virtual card to pay many bills online and in-person. I often used it to pay for my Verizon cell phone bill and also used it in-person to pay for a storage unit I have. Just a thought!
@@PilarNewman After trying a few times got it to work. Thanks so much for the info. I was wondering how to get access to the phone book for the referrals. Your the best
Thank you for the hack! Though, if we do not have anyone else we can send the PayPal money to, do you think it would work if I did a direct deposit to my bank account? My paypal account is a personal one so I am not sure if it would still work. Thanks!
Nice trick, but they still take a lot this way... 5% tax on the $50 card if you consider the amount of points that it takes vs regular gift cards. And another 3% from the PayPal transfer.... 8% stings... Better off using the gift cards when you can. Unless maybe you can transfer like $200 from four different cards at the same time and only pay one fee on Paypal?
I noticed the change a few days ago. Looks like they are trying to push people towards other reward cards and away from the VISA cards. I’m moving to cashing out my points to AirBnB and Walmart gift cards since those are two areas I frequently purchase. Macy’s gift cards and a handful of others are now at discounted rates. Lots of changes to Fetch coming into the New Year.
Hi Samantha, you don’t need a physical VISA card to do what I show in the video. I’ve always used VISA virtual cards for this. Once you redeem your points on Fetch Rewards, your reward will be available within three days via email. The email will have all the deets you need for this.
Hey! Thanks for letting us know. This video is 2 years old and I haven't posted a newer video about it. What exactly may I ask is no longer working? The VISA debit gift card to PayPal cash method I mention? I'll look into updating this video and my blog post below soon! Thanks.
@@tonyroma3405 Ah I'm sorry to hear that. In this video, I used a PayPal business account and PayPal personal account to do the transaction. So you may need both types of accounts to make this work. The only other option I can think of right now to turn your Fetch gift cards into cash is to use the Plynk investing app. They have an option where you can turn your gift cards into money to invest. You submit the details of the gift card and you get an offer for the card. Once you accept the offer, the money is deposited into your Plynk account. While you can invest the money using the Plynk app, you can also just withdraw it to your bank account. Even though I'm mentioning this method, I wouldn't recommend it only because you are diluting your earnings even more. You could just leave the money with Plynk and reinvest it into an Index Fund and let it grow over time. It's an option.
@@tonyroma3405 haha!...I should if I can sit myself down for a moment to record it! Thanks for bringing this up to my attention and I appreciate you watching my video. All my best!
Nice info. I looked up having another PayPal acct, and you can buy only if one is a personal acct and one is a business acct. Was that your experience?
Hi Dwana, I did the VISA debit card money transfer under 'send money' and sent it from my PayPal business account to a personal PayPal account. So I didn't do it as if I was buying something. Though, I'm not sure if it looks different from a personal PayPal account perspective. There's also a PayPal.me feature that may work. I haven't tested that out yet. If you discover anything new please let us know. In the meantime, I will update the description underneath the video to state that this transfer was done from a PayPal Business account to PayPal personal account.
@@PilarNewman Oh, so you do have a PayPal business acct AND a PayPal personal acct. That's what the info online said, that to have more than one PayPal acct, one acct must be personal and one business. In other words, you can't have two personal or two business PayPal accts; only one of each. So I'll have to open a business acct to do this Fetch hack.
Is it possible for me to transfer giftcards onto a debit card? Also if I just link the giftcards to my PayPal account, can I spend more than $50 of it at a time? Like do the giftcards add to my balance or are they still just giftcards?
Hi! I've only tried the PayPal Business to a PayPal personal account method. So it's the only thing I can confirm that works. The gift cards are singular, so they do not add up into a larger amount. You can spend up to the value of each individual card, not combine their value.
I have another question on this. The highest Visa prepaid card amount I can find on Fetch is $50. If you have points totaling more than $50, can you get a Visa card for that amount, or can you only do one $50 card at a time?
$50 is the highest VISA gift card that Fetch has. So you’d have to wait until you accumulate more points to get another card out unless you cash out in a smaller amount (which will eat into your points)
@@PilarNewman Let me make sure I understand. If I have points totally $100, I can't cash one $100 Visa card. I'f have to cash out 2 $50 cards, right? And if that's the case, is there a limit on how many Visa cards you can cash out in a given time frame?
You are correct. You would need to cash out of 2x $50 Visa Gift cards. To my knowledge there is no limit to how many gift cards you cash out in a given time frame. I cash out every 1 -2 days on Fetch with no issues.
I started teaching people how to use the app to maximize their points. As I began to use Fetch more, I discovered how to stack this app with other apps and so on. I shared my tips on my affiliate blog and on social media along with my referral code for anyone who wanted to sign up. Back then, 2,000 points was the minimum Fetch would give you for referrals. At times, it was even as high as 4,000 and 5,000 points. Tons of people were finding my tips helpful and they would share my videos and articles. The highest I earned with Fetch in one month was $1,800! I'm currently taking time off to create a course teaching others how to do affiliate marketing using short-form videos. A lot of people have been asking me to teach them this.
