To your point at the end if the players will be fatigue or injured at the end: Favre is well known for training. There is almost nobody injured. Look at Reus: a player who was like injured all the time plays now every game now. Believe me Favre is a genius at preventing injuries and keeping players fit
welll Akanji,Diallo, were injured (or let say had work overload),Schmelzer has a bone oedema.Piszczek bruised knee. Götze had a bronchitis 2 times.Alcacer had muscule issues because he didnt play last 2 years a full match so he needs time to be back to his form. Delaney had knee problems.Reus had something with his knee ,too (luck it was in the time of the nations league) But the good thing is we have much depth in the squad so we can play rotate the players.
I love Lucien Favre. Definitely one of the best coach out there, even though he hasn't won as much trophies as some others of his colleagues (Zidane, Ancelotti, Guardiola, Mourinho...). He might not be a rockstar like them but is still an oustanding coach. Reaping good results with a spectacular offensive playstyle isn't something anyone can do. I hope it will keep on winning with the BVB so that he eventually grows an even stronger reputation. This gentleman deserves it.
Pedro Cárdenas I don't think it's as simple as that, they only sold Fabinho last season and they still have a more talented squad than any team in Ligue 1 bar PSG and maybe Lyon
@@tiredfilms7224 agree, and also selling their best player isn't a new thing for Monaco. they've done that almost every season and usually they still found a way to stay competitive
@@tiredfilms7224 Joao moutinho, Keita balde diao, fabinho, and nabil dirar even though he is not that special. I guess that has huge impact if your depth of formation is broken.
abhi sharma mate what that result proves is that Atleti has an off day maybe Dortmund has an off day to but if hey were to play more times my money would be on atleti and you can’t really support more that one team

I’m a united fan and I really want Dortmund to win the league this year because of there amazing team and fans I have family who live near the stadium and when I visited the stadium it’s like OT just gives you goosebumps but I’d also want lucien at united I think he fits the mould weather the board will take that decision I don’t know but he seems like he can cope due to his fast attacking football
Please do an analysis on Atletico vs Dortmund and how Atleti broke Dortmund' s structure. Hope Dortmund learns from last night's loss to come back stronger in round of 16
@@Stego1819 or you are hater.First 15 matches unbeaten 12 won and how the fuck is that luck? You did not even watched them play so stfu.Top of bundesliga and 4-0 is not luck
I think that a Marcelo bielsa type 3 3 3 1 would be good for this team. A lot of defensively capable players plus fast creative attackers. Comment your thoughts.
Amazing video! What is the song used throughout this video? And this would be a great system for clubs like Monaco and Manchester United (with proper fitness training). Bruno Fernandes would thrive in a tactical system like this.
@@patriciagleiser9474 I'm a Boca fan but I think River's XI has more experience in Libertadores than Boca's. It would be definitely a thing of character rather than tactics
@@pedromaistrello1217 That's what I thought watching the semis. The good thing it's a derby and most of the times it's 50/50. I feel like Boca has more individual talent which can be decisive just like it was against Palmeiras. You think Sebastián is going to take the NT's command? I heard could be Gallardo.
@@patriciagleiser9474 Most people in Argentina would hate to hear Becaccece becoming the NT coach because of 'what he did in the WC' (although it was a bigger responsibility from Sampaoli), so he's not an option. Gallardo has a long-term proyect in River so it would be disappointing to see him leaving the club. In my own opinion, the AFA president should let Scaloni stay until the best option appears (Simeone, Pochettino and Martino denied)
Lol carma hits hard af this upload.A super team like Atletico losing by this score in Bvb was bad luck and no experience in losing a match with such an opponent.Let's be honest it could be the latest match 4-0 and the first 2-0 according to appearance and quality of theese 2 teams, numbers do not tell always the quality of a match. However Bvb is a big club that every 3-4 years ressurects just to die again, sad.Marco Reus is a true beast and unlucky with injuries and insecurity to pursue a higher level career, otherwise he would be in the trademark level of players like Neymar,Griezmann,Hazard etc.Nice work though, hope to see an analysis of Luis Suarez and his underrated mastermind, cheers

So much quality and well explained analysis from your videos. We, football lovers, appreciate it.
Thank you very much for this analysis! I really enjoy their way of playing. They are probably one of my favourite teams to watch. ;)

You were so unlucky to edit and post this the day you did.
Your team just lost 4-0 to them... Which is better than 2-0

that defensive trap is pretty clever. Love these videos.
That defensive pattern is the whole thing.

Agreed! Hoping you can do this one.
BVB players did not even run because they are saving their best for Saturday
Or they simply arent better and got exposed unlike those ten games before that they luckily still won.

Can you do an analysis on Barca build up with CBs going wide and full backs on the wing?
Welcome to Crystal Palace.
Quality vid.
could you analyze the second game against atletico where they lost ? .. what's the difference or just home stadium makes it ?
I see them as similar to arsenal with their overloads on the wings with the fullbacks and cutbacks.
Piotr Foot, can you cooperate with La Gazette Tactique and convert his french videos in english?
You forgot to mention the importance of the 2 central midfielders
Do a Lucas Torreira impact video
