I feel bad that you seem to have a space and storage issue for all the bourbon overflow. As such I've been moved to such a level of compassion as to offer to let you store as much whiskey as you want at my place here in Iowa. That way you got a nice centrally located spot for your around the country tours. Additionally....I'd even make the tremendous sacrifice of regularly sampling said bourbon...just to ensure quality of course. This would of necessity be done on the hour regularly, because any whiskey worth drinking is worth trying for a 12th second taste.
@@jamesryan4261dude I think it’s amazing in the long run I wish my pops wanted to do things with me let along be able to make content and be upbeat and kind and intelligent while doing it pretty dope 🔥🔥
Probably show up to their first college party and spend an hour teaching and turning kids off from jungle juice and onto bourbon. 'Your dad is so cool' will be uttered many times that night much to their chagrim
Appreciate you stating the prices your seeing on the different bottles. This gives people a chance to compare with their neck of the woods. Its always nice to know what is going on in different parts of the country. Thanks
this guy is so awesome. super aware and respectful by blurring everyones face because they're simply at their job for the day even tho legally he can. good guy all around, much respect to you
Bourbon road trip videos are mainly in Kentucky, so when we see your videos pop up from other states, it's like taking our own road trip while saving money on gas. It sounds goofy, but when you show the McDonalds sign and Rosewell footage, it's makes the bourbon video come to life, instead of another bourbon documentary! Cheers
Great video again! For fellow Scotch lovers, there was a Longrow 21, Single Cask GlenAllachie, Bruichladdich Black Art and an Adelphi at 7.00 mins in...
I’ve been watching you for awhile now. I have re entered the bar life as a GM. Been a few years to say the least. I run a prohibition themed bourbon bar. You have helped me with learning this new art and I wanna thank you. This is one of the most wholesome videos I have ever seen. Thank you for this brother. Anytime you in the colony Texas. I’ll buy yalls meal at my smokehouse and bar. God bless brother.
Real tears were shed when you couldn't eat at Monte Carlo's.... I felt your pain.... i love the videos and have to keep in mind you are from Alabama where it's very hard to get stuff... i was yelling at the screen on some of those..."NO BREWLE, Don't Do it!" But i really enjoy seeing these hunting videos, Cheers have a Wonderful day everyone.
Next time you're in New Mexico, definitely visit Latitudes in Rio Rancho, best bourbon in the state! Also yeah, Roswell has a lot of livestock and horses around lol. Its one of the smaller towns in NM but its got plenty of charm as well. Glad you stopped by.
Haven't watched the whole video, but next time you're in Albuquerque you have to go out of the way to Latitudes. They have tons of great store and local club picks. Jubilation is another good local spot that has some good ones. Our total wines are good too. Pardise has turned into a museum.
I was LMAO with the kids hiding. hahahahah. Great vid, other that the prices! Yikes! Thanks Brewzle! PS Not even close to the worst Bourbon hunting video. I find your vids very entertraining, and this one did not disappoint!
Definitely enjoy these vids I travel here and there for work and love my whiskey just now working on the ability to open up and talk to the workers. I’d be lying if I said your videos haven’t helped because they have it’s given me more motivation to strike up a conversation and I thank you for that
Have lived in Arizona for almost 2 years now. It took my wife nearly 8 months to find her Arizona State Starbucks Mug (from the travelers series). She had a Phoenix one (long before we even moved here), but took forever to find the state mug. 😄
Brewzle, really enjoyed this video. Have the same thing going on when bourbon hunting with my wife and teenage daughter hanging out in the car. Too funny.
i felt the trip lag you and the family must have felt trekking all over with no real major scores.. cool video.. thank you! Hunting is highs and lows.. - i know that feelin.. some days are BIG and others fall real flat!
Nice share and kudos to the family for putting up with the hunt! I love bourbon too, but you have to try some of the smoked whiskies like DelBac Dorado (AZ) or Santa Fe Spirits Colkegan (NM), both mesquite smoked and quite tasty! Cheers!
I actually really enjoyed your video! The bourbon hunting aspect looks like fun and a little bit of sightseeing mixed in made for a really interesting video! I’m kinda new to bourbon and Scotch and I definitely get caught up in the hunt. Your channel is really helpful as well! Looking forward to seeing some more epic videos soon!🥃

Flagstaff was one of my favorite places to bourbon hunt on our summer roadtrip this year. Scored a bottle of EH Taylor Small Batch for only $15 above retail at this Shell gas station, and hit a great sale on Benchmark Bonded and Small Batch at GC Spirits. Those are bottles we can’t get in Oregon and TJ is always speaking highly of Benchmark stuff outside of 8. He’s not wrong, the Bonded is delicious. Grabbed a 750ml bottle of Uncle Nearest 1884 for $15 and Weller SR for MSRP in Gallup. Sure, lots of markup in those states but there are also a lot of gems to find too.
If you ever come to California, take a swing through northern Cali, I'll take ya to stores that do not jack prices like that yet have unicorn bottles fairly often
As someone who has lived on the west coast their entire life, I've been to Safeway more times than I'd remember. I go probably 4 times a week on the way home or to grocery shop. Hell my dad worked for them for 15 years. Also any carbonated beverage comes out cold regardless if from a soda gun or a dispenser from what I've used. Always due no ice since I'm wanting a drink so badly and ice just blocks it. Good luck on your next bourbon hunt from Washington.
I have a diamond back truck cover on my pick up. It is strong durable in a lifetime warranty. I can literally put if I remember right 3000 pounds on top of it. I love it, and it’s 100% aluminum. The entire assembly with headache rack only weighs around 200 pounds.
As a fellow Starbucks mug collector, I would like to see Jill's collection. I also really enjoys your videos and had some good luck bourbon hunting last weekend.
Once again an awesome review and we appreciate the honesty on price vs taste. I have close to 200 bottle's in my collection and rarely spend over 100$ on a bottle. To hard to justify with all the awesome pours under 100 bucks. Til the next pour
Brewzle, you need more room, get a Suburban. They have plenty of room for storage. I am my 3rd one, I have ( 4 ) 20 gal totes that I use for storage and hiding my bottles and anything else I want to keep out of sight. And if you want to take them out at night, they carry nice. At the hotel I try to get a parking space directly in front of my room and back in. It makes unloading and loading so much easier.
My wife is the same way with the Starbucks mugs. Whenever I go hunting I get her one. Paducah Kentucky has them consistently. If you’re ever up that way.
I have been to everyone of these stores hunting also in my travels. The small shops in Flagstaff used to be solid and everything was MSRP but then they caught on. Don't skip the supermarkets they will have what you're looking for at MSRP. It may be a Christmas miracle but possible.
I managed Subway restaurants forever. Neat Subway hack: all veggies are free, so if you ask for handfuls of each veggie, but instead of having them all on the sandwich...ask for them on the side. This way you end up getting 2-3 salads with all the veggies you want in addition to the sandwich for the same price.
