To me, the song talks about how Anakin/Vader is something of a slave to his own prophecy (not much more than a slave I should be, nothing more than a slave I will be) Also with the part "I am not what you see", Anakin doesn't see himself as the Chosen One like the Jedi see him as. He never really believed in the Prophecy in the first place.
