Sauvage Elixir is a BEAST!! I can still smell 16 hours after applying this, and if you spray on your clothes you will have to wash em it will last like almost a week. Gotta check out the EDP. Thanks Big Boss

I agree. The Elixir comes off as too strong in the spring and summer time. The EDP is best suited because it has that freshness that’s appropriate for the spring and summer time. Sure it has a sweetness to it that can be good for the fall and winter time. Although the elixir shines better in cooler seasons because of how much sweeter it is and how strong and powerful it is. So for me, the EDP and Elixir is the way to go. The EDT is nice, but two downsides. It’s been reformulated, so it’s not the beast that it used to be. And it’s way too common. Why? Because it’s the cheapest in that fragrance line. Also it’s not good for the fall or winter because it’s too fresh and clean. The scent will wear off a bit faster than people think. At least for me. As for the Parfum? I do think it smells the best out of all of them. However, it’s more of a skin fragrance as it sits closer to the skin. Projection is weaker, but not super weak. I’d say you could wear it in the spring or summer. Not at night. Mainly in the spring when it’s a bit cool out. But it’s a date night fragrance. So here’s the fragrances in order on what I think is best suited in terms of seasons and versatility:
Sauvage EDT: Spring and Summer Days. Easy to wear in Any occasion and still does great at night.
Sauvage EDP: the happy medium. A mix of freshness like the EDT and Sweetness that the Parfum has. Great for any season and occasion. Best for both day and night.
Sauvage Parfum: Can be worn in any season, but preferably the fall and winter. If worn in the spring or summer, only wear it at night. As for occasions, only when you’re going out. Especially on a date.
Sauvage Elixir: Not as versatile as the other ones. Way more mature, sweet and spicy. Due to its strong scent profile, longevity projection. It’s best suited for the fall and winter time. It’s a performance beast. This can be worn on a date, if you wanna be bold and make a statement, or if you’re simply just going out. This can be worn in cold days, but best suited for cold nights because it’s so much darker than the rest.
I have the dior edt / elixir I can completely say elixir is beyond words .
I got the edt and i grabbed armaf vetanna,identical. I also have the parfum from listening to the salesperson at macys and went against my better judgment of grabbing the edp😂.grabbing the edp tomorrow.

3 sprays . Solid 8 hours. But people are use to it .

i was living in the mexican sierra when elixir came out and it was so great! short, warm days and cold, long nights. i’m now at my 3rd purchase of it but it’s so sweet yet fresh and the licorice stood out and i’m so sure i was the only one wearing elixir for at least a year over there and now i’m in the suburbs and it’s too hot for elixir. won’t be wearing here until late fall

Oi doi toi foi toi woi fresh is best, edp too soapy blue, elixir is just ew to me, and i havent smelt the parfum, each to there own tho i also prefer chanel bleu oi doi toi over the oi doi poi n poi lol im aussie if u cant tell 😂

spray Iso E Super (Molecule 01) underneath it for more staying power. Alternatively you can also use ATH Carbon.

Had a bad batch elixir bottle last week but my first bottle from dior 8 months ago was a beast nuclear this one didnt last longer than a hour and my friends couldn't smell it dior refunded me so be careful sometimes there can be bad batches my edp was way stronger. Hopefully my new bottle i order will be like my old bottle nuclear

I’m my honest opinion you probably could wear it to school but it’s good for formal events and date nights

Elixer choke you and anyone around you out. Definitely need to spray outdoors if your are sensitive to fragrances. Its too much for me, puts a taste in your mouth...to me its a hey look at me im a cool dude...right? Hahaha....wrong.
