The main riff is just Em and Cmaj7. Back and forth. Every now and then I think I play a D chord real quick. The harmonic is just all 12 strings at the 12th fret. There is a B. And then sometimes I change the bass on the B chord . The bridge "turn around" is G D A and then it ends in Em. You just have to kind of watch it to figure out the timing. I havent played it in awhile. Whenever I play it it is always a little different. I am a very sloppy player. lol. I feel this version was played too fast. lol
