Some helpful tips: You should make the hole while they are hot. It will be easier and give you a more even cavity to fill. After you've put your filling in. Wipe any excess and seal with a little freshly heated chocolate. Or if you're outter hole isn't too wide. Just put a chocolate button/chip in the hole. Hope this helps 🙂

Really enjoying your videos, you’re always so positive and down to earth and very relatable. They all look so nice 👌 I was thinking that maybe if you’re trying to do one with chocolate, roll out your pastry first then spread on your chocolate/nutella and then roll it and cut it up to fill as you see fit. Then you’ll have an equal distribution of chocolate, the same could be done for the likes of chopped fruit, nuts etc. hopefully this is helpful. 😊

You need a doughnut filling piping tip. Looks like a piping tip thats extra long. Its sharp and long. Desgined to push into a doughnut to fill with jam 😊
Try using crunchie spread instead of a bar of chocolate. I love experimenting with food. Well done Jazzy x

I think the round ones o would lay down n cut in half...hollow out a bit ..then fill and topped with a dollop of whipped cream

How many rolls of croissant pastry did you end up using? 😅
For the filling, you could put the croissant on scales, zero it and then weigh how much goes in. Its often done to make sure they're consistent 😊
