What I learned from watching Igorrr live: If you're at a metal festival, and the program marks a band's genre as "Avant garde", make it a priority to see that band!
It's like....if an alien tried to understand human emotions and looked at our music (ALL MUSIC) and tried to make a music video about "feels" with the hopes humans will like it. I do like it. Thanks aliens.
Many artists stay in their comfort zone, recycle mainstream songs and will never create something new. We are not creating original content as much as we are capeable of. Igorrr is truly creative!
Experimental for experimental, no real creative. I expect from a creation that it appeals to me. Even if it is well done it reminds me of a joyful brothel :)
The trick is - you have to listen it more than once. When I found Igorrr, the first song I heard was brutal swing, i was like 'the fuck is this.' Then it grew on me very quickly, same with this song. You can discover new sounds, riffs, elements each time you play it, its amazing, really.
Nah, this is first Igorrr song ive heared and it was baffling at first listen but I loved it after second. It's perfect, everything else is less intensive so it bores me after IeuD.

The drum break at 2:00 perfectly mirrors the guitar that comes in right after, tuned and everything. The detail in this song really is insane, the composition is very homogenous, but the style changes throw your ear off the first....15 times or so you listen.
I especially love the corporate chosen sound with this band, the poppy upbeat vocals and high octane beat along with the 5 minute long acoustic solo was spectacular. I would say if you missed this band then you are not a true fan boy bands nor the likes of Kardashian style-britney spears-corporate music. The best!

Whoever thinks this is garbage, has absolutely no goddamn idea who these guys are and who they have worked with. This is marvelous. Igorrr's approach has gone beyond description. All hail the chicken supremacy!
Hallelujah was a masterpiece but one as a musician can't get stuck in just one marvelous release; you must keep on going. I think this is pretty decent if we're comparing other albums, it has more intense riffs and blast beats which keeps it fresh somehow, not to forget how graphically crazy it is. I'm pretty satisfied as an Igorrr fan.
i actually think Igorrr is being innovative as always, and givin us different (and new ideas). The instruments, the melodic doom-esque sounds, the overall crazyness, feels less brutal or distorted as previous albums, but at the same time, more mature and professional. I think i will like this album, as much i liked previous ones. But i think this will be different and people have to expect that
Sold on them per Very Noise. One of the most creative and influential bands that are probably a decade ahead of their time. But I am on board and ready to take the journey with them. For those not tapping into the inner soul of sound mechanics, you are missing out on something very special
I got into Igorrr from Maigre, w/ Ruby my Dear and have been jamming that out nonstop for weeks now, but I appreciate the more glitchy head-fuckiness that came probably influenced by RMD, though it is not absent from this as well, I was just hoping for some brain-melting synthesizing points where I just went nuts for a few seconds, but this does great. I'd much rather have this as a background for something like Barbecue, but I LOVE the cinematography, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. Waiting for more
I expect that, as things go forward, there will be even more influence sharing between the whole group. Just going through the line of his previous three albums shows the trend. Over time, I hope they do some more work with other outsiders. It'd be fascinating to see them work with others' influences and see the effect of their own influence on others.
finfan7 i personally would love Ruby My Dear to become a fulltime member of Igorrr :D The collab Album is my fav and Ruby solo is incredible, imo he is better in working with breaks than Igorrr, Igorrr just has the flavor of baroque going on, on top of a still awesome Breakcore

The instruments, the melodic doom-esque sounds, the overall crazyness, feels less brutal or distorted as previous albums, but at the same time, more mature and professional. I think i will like this album, as much i liked previous ones. But i think this will be different and people have to expect that

Sold on them per Very Noise. One of the most creative and influential bands that are probably a decade ahead of their time. But I am on board and ready to take the journey with them. For those not tapping into the inner soul of sound mechanics, you are missing out on something very special
I got into Igorrr from Maigre, w/ Ruby my Dear and have been jamming that out nonstop for weeks now, but I appreciate the more glitchy head-fuckiness that came probably influenced by RMD, though it is not absent from this as well, I was just hoping for some brain-melting synthesizing points where I just went nuts for a few seconds, but this does great. I'd much rather have this as a background for something like Barbecue, but I LOVE the cinematography, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. Waiting for more
It sounds really neat but it's definitely more on the Corpo-Mente side than Igorrr previous albums.

I expect that, as things go forward, there will be even more influence sharing between the whole group. Just going through the line of his previous three albums shows the trend. Over time, I hope they do some more work with other outsiders. It'd be fascinating to see them work with others' influences and see the effect of their own influence on others.
It's more on the Oxxo Xoox side, not Corpo-Mente.
finfan7 i personally would love Ruby My Dear to become a fulltime member of Igorrr :D The collab Album is my fav and Ruby solo is incredible, imo he is better in working with breaks than Igorrr, Igorrr just has the flavor of baroque going on, on top of a still awesome Breakcore
