Thanks for the video very helpful, I did this for one side but realised there is no need to take anything other than the top mount and drop link off, just use a spring compressor to shorten the strut enough to get it out and replace the spring, granted a little bit pikey but about 10 times quicker and much easier if you are doing on the ground

I was looking at doing mine E61 m sport , but after watching this, I don’t think I will lol, that’s going in the garage

@@norbsautos I found somewhere to do it for £60, And don’t need to play with coil spring compressors now lol
