      yeah... he's one of the players that creates the MOST contact yet doesn't get the calls like Harden but Rose actually goes INSIDE and wears down on the defense by creating contact and making it a man's game. A lot of these guys even the big men can't take that type of body impact constantly.. in midair you see the biggest guy on the court bounce off Rose while he can somehow artistically still get the layup to go in often times EASILY. I don't understand why they don't give him the calls. He's clearly getting fouled multiple times when he drives.

    My senior year of high school I dislocated my knee in the first play of the season. Tore everything: all, mcl, medial/lateral meniscus, and severely strained my pcl. I’ve never been the same; but, seeing Derrick rose go through what he’s went through and still busting his ass trying to get back motivated me to do the same. 3 months after surgery I was running again. Got released from physical therapy after 4 months. At 6 months I was back, as good as ever, playing baseball. D rose has always been my favorite player since I can remember him coming into the league. Without his model I don’t know if I would have ever got back running again, Back to playing ball. I eventually made it to college in baseball as a pitcher, small school but I get to play the game I love. Much love for Derrick Rose. I think we all got love for him.

    gave me chills watching that game, D-Rose showed everybody hes a true competitor that won't accept anything but the best from himself. there are a lot of players that would've quit working and given up after going thru what he has, maybe he can inspire KAT to start loving the game as much as he does.

    Not gonna lie, D Rose has always been my Go-To guy when it comes to signature players. I was so hyped that D Rose 3.5 was my first basketball shoes that last me 3 years. I know what you guys have to say as I dont buy his shoes anymore ever since injury but it was due to the bulkiness of the shoes (I do wanted to buy and support him). But if I were to choose a player in my team between Curry, Lebron and D Rose, Rose would and will always be my #1 choice *PERIOD* . As the smallest guy on court in the semi pros, this guy right here is my inspiration toward basketball. Being the smallest but still able to deliver HUGE package to the game has always been my mindset thanks to this guy right here. I still have hope for my guy ever since he stepped on the Bulls court.

    I have an ACL tear recovering from the surgery now. Like DRose he also experienced it. It made me lose my confidence in Bball and the injury didn't make me play in the Intramural competition and can't tryout for the varsity. But when I saw this game from him I went through tears, because this inspired me to have my confidence back. Everything happens for a reason and everything Rose has been throughout his life has challenges from God. It helped me a lot it gave me the confidence to play ball and recovering from the same ACL injury. DRose inspired a lot of people

    • @Djme2
      @Djme2 6 лет назад +5

      I think people have been sleeping on Drose for a while just because he tends to go in and out with injuries. This game was for sure his break out game from a buildup of rehab, but 20 a game is basically guaranteed for this season. Hes averaging 18.8 ppg right now, his career is 18.9ppg. He's basically right at his career numbers, and he's been good all this time, its just he hasn't been allowed to play his position until this game due to the twolves circumstances (I dont know why it took so long let him play his position) and he comes and goes with injuries so he hasn't been able to truly get a rhythm, which i think is the real reason for this explosion now that he has been free of injuries and got to play pg.

    It wasn't long ago when everybody, myself included, thought that D-Rose's career is over. After being traded to Utah after a short stint with the Cavs and then immediately being released by the Jazz, not a few had written him off. That was it for the youngest NBA MVP ever. Yet with all those injuries that plagued his entire career, here he is again, the D-Rose of old giving us a great show at Minnesota, one for the history books, and in the process establishing a new career high on his 11th season. I mean honestly, who else among the current crop of NBA superstars can ever do that?
    My hats off to this great young man. No kidding, I almost cried watching his post-game interview. Now, whenever pundits talk about the NBA's greatest, we can all bet our asses, Derrick Rose will always be mentioned in the conversation.
