Do you still sell the spacer to raise the amount of travel?
Also, do you only drill the extra holes in the damping rod if you're using the emulator or can that be done as an improvement to the stock setup?

I have a Yss fork upgrade kit for an Mt07. Does anyone know where I can get the setup specs for the emulators similar to what racetech provide with their access codes

question .. why the tight coils up on the spring .. I have read that the springs can go any way as the weight is on the spring both ways so weak side no matter which up or down will compress first .. I also read that since the weak end should be down in the oil at all times so no noise will be heard as it moves first ... any ideas on that .. also what weight oil are you using NOW ..

if you put them at the bottom you will need to adjust the oil volume sightly to compensate, that is the only reason.

That way up affects the oil level less

What actually creates the height of the fork? for example what is the difference between the air cooled scrambler fork length or height and the air could Bonneville. I know the scrambler is taller. I just don't know how it's taller.

I have a couple of dumb questions, the drilling for the 6 holes is recommended at the same time I install the damper valves ? , And I need to cut the upper spacer to compensate the height of the valve correct? I want to do it ASAP and correctly
    Thanks so much

      Hi
You must drill the holes in the damper rod BEFORE fitting the emulator valves or the forks will not work correctly.if you fit our emulator valves you need to shorten the spring spacer tubes by 20mm

It would be good if you followed the action with the camera or at least re-position so we can see what you're doing!
Also you should be using a torque wrench on everything to make sure that your not overtightening bolts , or damper rods!

Last question , I see on this market 2 progressive spring brands one is progressive which I've used in the past in other bikes , but now I find also Patriot progressive at lower cost.. have you heard about them ? Are these reliable and worth the investment? It's at half the cost of the progresive ones . But don't like to run any risk or waste money and time.
Thks so much for your help .

Do NOT use impact to assemble forks! Specially on the bottom screw. You will damage the valve in the bottom.

With you standing next to your green tank, I couldn't hear a single word. That said, I then see parts on the table! It would have been nice to see that front fork removed. Is that the left side or right side. I don't know. I stopped watching. A lot of valuable information lost from the start??? Sorry.
