- It's time to change the front fork oil and springs on my Triumph T100. I used Ikon Progressive Suspension with some aftermarket pre-load caps.

Very good instructional video with clarity AND DEFINITE ADDED CUTENESS….of
Lil’ Miss Mortorcycle 🏍️ RIZA
Happy New Year to you and your Santa helper...I am proud of that cute little girl. Her smile makes these videos perfect, and she is really good at keeping a calm and collected demeanor while she helps with important mechanical details. You both did a great job on this video. Talent and fun!
Thanks! It's great to have help while I tinker on the motos. 😂
Move over Bert, it's Riza's Bike 2024
Lol. Make way for "Riza Rides".😂
@@bertsbike I was just about to say Riza Rider...Like Easy Rider but Riza is Peter Fonda, Richae is Dennis Hopper and Robert is Jack Nicholson...just throwing out halloween costume ideas haha
@@LoversAnonymousMusic Haha 🤣
This is one of the best videos I’ve seen on Triumph upgrades. Clear concise with good camera work. I like it when you state fastener sizes & torque values. Please do some more. Bravo!
Thanks Mark. Appreciate the watch and comment!
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍🤗🤗🤗
Hi, I have a t100 and are considering upgrading the front suspension. I am curious as to why you didn't mention anything about the internal dampener?
Hey there! Thanks for tuning in. I believe those are on the newer T100's my 2012 doesn't have that feature.
What year is your bike?
Its a 2012. (Air Cooled EFI)
