Those rebel soldiers in that hallway had only heard of the frightening rumors of a Jedi hunting machine-man, and then suddenly the rumor appears, bathed in the red glow of a bleeding kyber. That Vader scene was fking awesome. What a great ending to a great movie.
Budget-wise, it was Obi-wan's that was lacking, but for the story of him trying to relearn all that and finally seeing him get back into it makes up for it.
As the original hallway scene Vaders is the best, it was totally unexpected and the sheer brutality of it in the cinema was awesome. Lukes is great as well, as it was also a surprise, but the original is the best.
I will never forget the asshole in the theatre during Rogue One. Guy sitting right in front of me already saw the movie, and we're now getting to the Vader scene. It's dark and you hear Vader's breathing and you're totally sucked in this moment just like the Rebels on the edge of your seat or at least I was completely glued to the screen and just as Vader ignites his lightsaber you hear the guy make a light saber ignition sound so loud you don't even hear the audio from the movie of the ignition and it completely took me out of the moment. Still irritates me to this day whenever I see the clip.
You can tell that Ewan is using a heavy sword that emits actual light. He’s much clunkier with this than the lightweight CGId-over swords of the prequels.
Obi Wan’s really exemplified who he is. Doesn’t straight up massacre the base but if you attack him then very best of luck to you. Galaxy is filled with OP dark side characters who have had various bits chopped off.
I think Vader’s was best from a cinematic experience. The fear of the rebel soldiers, and the sudden shock and the evil creativity of how he dispatches them. Luke’s had potential but I think fans are more happy to see him than anything else because of what the sequel trilogy did to him. Obi-wans was just not shot well and lacked creativity as well as dominance-hard to cheer for him.
Jedi aren’t dominant. Thinking they should be is missing the whole point. Jedi are supposed to fight with economy-to control their environment, and to protect others. Luke does it. So does Obi-Wan.
All fantastic scenes. I love seeing Obi-wan getting his confidence back throughout the scene. Vader's is fantastic. My favorite however will go to Luke. Balanced, grounded, and surgical.
That's every Jedi scene in Star Wars dude, they never shot when they have their chance. Too much spinning, too much coreography, not enough realism or danger. The prequels were at least better in showing the speed of the Jedi, wich made everything more belivable.
Obi-wan was defensive, which was perfect for that situation Darth Vader was just aggressive, he probably could've just simply struck them all down, but he added intimidation into the mix. The way the guy at the end of that clip is screaming shows that And Luke, the way he fought was honestly just graceful
I’d say Luke’s scene was the best display of skill and RAW force powers! The level of danger due to those trooper droids, they posed the greatest threat!
I think Vader has the hardest scene out of all of them tbh, he just looks so smooth like hes done it a thousand times before no pause in between his movements to see where his next target is literally like a flood of destruction and rage that doesnt skip a beat
Vaders was the best. The fear and atmosphere for those soldiers. The iconic red saber eminating from darkness or just hearing his breath and knowing it's him before you even see him. Then the over powered onslaught he goes on. They look like they never had a chance where the others you could say anything could happen. He never stopped moving forward.
I actually didn’t mind a new actor playing as Luke. Why is Disney so scared of proper change? They just had to super Sci-fi his face to look like the old actor. They are only hurting themselves in the long ru- what’s the point anymore…..
I love that it is chronilogical order, Kenobi - 10 years after Revenge of the Sith, Rougue One - Right before A new Hope, The Mandalorian couple of years after Return of the Jedi at most.
He was trying to keep it from breaking on him, if you watch the scene, you can see the crack first start. He only used it as a weapon when the stormtroopers broke through the door.
I think what made Luke's hallway scene really awesome is that he didn't held back at all. He knew the dark troopers were just droids, so he was given the chance to unleashed all his mastery of the force and lightsaber skills against them. He would've never slashed through the hallway like a meat grinder if the troopers were living beings inside since he's a true and compassionate Jedi that serves to protect, not kill
In my opinion, Kenobi’s scene was truly a shame. On the other hand, Vader’s was perfect and I really enjoyed watching how strong Luke has become in this scene, as it reminds us he’s a Skywalker after all.
Best thing about the Obi Wan scene is where he gets into the Old Ben stance, which is what Luke learned. He did it also in ROTS on the lava river scene just before the I have failed you line
My favorite part about Vader is thinking about how he used to be or technically still is Anakin. Its always what made me love Vader. The fact a nice guy who loved his family who only wanted them to survive turned into that

I love how each scene captures their characters rly well. Like obi wan is defencive as he is always trying to protect and never actively seeking to go on the offensive unless some drastic happens. Vader's scene is just the primal rage, dread and overall power of the dark side personified as the soldiers as well as the audience are reminded what the sith are and represent. While luke's scene is a combo of both. He has his father's offensive tendancies but obi wan's teachings to be on the defencive, both having influenced him even if vader wasnt a part of luke's life. Why does the music fit so perfectly at 2:06
My dawg obi wan been through so much
2:12 love the way you made that fade out
Skywalkers are not for kidding
I will never forget the asshole in the theatre during Rogue One. Guy sitting right in front of me already saw the movie, and we're now getting to the Vader scene. It's dark and you hear Vader's breathing and you're totally sucked in this moment just like the Rebels on the edge of your seat or at least I was completely glued to the screen and just as Vader ignites his lightsaber you hear the guy make a light saber ignition sound so loud you don't even hear the audio from the movie of the ignition and it completely took me out of the moment. Still irritates me to this day whenever I see the clip.
😂😂😂
Obi wan got his skills back 🔥🔥🔥
Like father like son indeed
You can tell that Ewan is using a heavy sword that emits actual light. He’s much clunkier with this than the lightweight CGId-over swords of the prequels.
Obi Wan’s really exemplified who he is. Doesn’t straight up massacre the base but if you attack him then very best of luck to you.
Galaxy is filled with OP dark side characters who have had various bits chopped off.
Star Wars sure love their hallway shots
I think Vader’s was best from a cinematic experience. The fear of the rebel soldiers, and the sudden shock and the evil creativity of how he dispatches them. Luke’s had potential but I think fans are more happy to see him than anything else because of what the sequel trilogy did to him. Obi-wans was just not shot well and lacked creativity as well as dominance-hard to cheer for him.
Jedi aren’t dominant. Thinking they should be is missing the whole point. Jedi are supposed to fight with economy-to control their environment, and to protect others. Luke does it. So does Obi-Wan.
Obi wan doesn't use a offense form? What dominance do you want from him?
Say what you want about the Kenobi show, but Ewan Killed it!
Very true
so Vader really jamned the door with his force, IT EXCITES ME
All fantastic scenes. I love seeing Obi-wan getting his confidence back throughout the scene. Vader's is fantastic. My favorite however will go to Luke. Balanced, grounded, and surgical.
Obi wan using full light side. Darth Vader using full dark side. Luke using both. Pretty cool to see.
0:07 nobody shoot him when he has his back turned for like two seconds or anything.
In slow motion you can see some shots
They shot but missed 😂😂
@@champloo9058 what did you expect, they are stormtroopers.
That's every Jedi scene in Star Wars dude, they never shot when they have their chance. Too much spinning, too much coreography, not enough realism or danger. The prequels were at least better in showing the speed of the Jedi, wich made everything more belivable.
Vader and Luke’s entrance were the best especially vaders cause his entrance can give you the chills
All 3 bits were equally brilliant
Obi-wan was defensive, which was perfect for that situation
Darth Vader was just aggressive, he probably could've just simply struck them all down, but he added intimidation into the mix. The way the guy at the end of that clip is screaming shows that
And Luke, the way he fought was honestly just graceful
Luke being like his father had to force crush something 😂
I imagine Ghost Force Anaking saying "That's my boy" in the luke scene. :) Like father like son.
Vader just looks so fluid and real. Luke was badass cause of the force crush at the end... almost bad but
... utility trumps good vs evil.
Characters with hallway scene:
Vader
Luke
Kenobi
Maul
Baylan
I really hope they don't just give everyone a hallway scene 😂
There’s one in the ahsoka series now 😭
There’s a lot of hallways in Star Wars so yeah, it could happen.
There is literally hallway scenes since the early SW films, so....
Jar Jar gets one next... XD
@@shannonrhoads7099Finally, we'll see Darth Jar Jar in his prime 😂
Hi everyone I've just uploaded something awesome! Stay tuned, it will be available in one hour. A big thank you for all of your comments and support!
The black and green aesthetic looks badass
Obi-Wan, always grinding!
I’d say Luke’s scene was the best display of skill and RAW force powers! The level of danger due to those trooper droids, they posed the greatest threat!
Ya man! it was sad this is not shown at the starwars sequel movie!
So we can all agree that Darth Vader's hallway scene was the best by a loooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooong shot
Vader hallway scene is a top 5 SW moment. Iconic
Luke’s made me late for my cousin’s wedding 😂 Moments I wish I could relive.
Need to add Baylon to this now
I think Vader has the hardest scene out of all of them tbh, he just looks so smooth like hes done it a thousand times before no pause in between his movements to see where his next target is literally like a flood of destruction and rage that doesnt skip a beat
Hallway fight scenes are the best type of modern fight scenes. From Star Wars to Daredevil.
Either Obi pulled a Cal Kestis or Cal pulled an Obi-Wan
Jedi Fallen Order did take place years after he kenobi show, but even then cal wouldn't have known that obi wan have done his before.
Han Solo had the funniest hallway scene.
Its like the hallway scenes are designed to show their signature styles with a lightsaber.
Man obi wan was really rusty in that
He hasn’t even used the force in like 10 years
I actually didn’t mind a new actor playing as Luke. Why is Disney so scared of proper change? They just had to super Sci-fi his face to look like the old actor. They are only hurting themselves in the long ru- what’s the point anymore…..
Luke as a Jedi is a product of both Anakin & Obi-Wan, two of the best to ever do it. IMO he has the best scene. But Vader's is iconically ominous.
I love that it is chronilogical order, Kenobi - 10 years after Revenge of the Sith, Rougue One - Right before A new Hope, The Mandalorian couple of years after Return of the Jedi at most.
Luke wins this one its the best piece of Star Wars in a while
Bro when obi wan was trying to get window to break by using the force why could he have not just have used his lightsaber
He was trying to keep it from breaking on him, if you watch the scene, you can see the crack first start. He only used it as a weapon when the stormtroopers broke through the door.
@@JoePNG.I thought he was trying to break the glass
@@darrenmilligan-vn8qq Nah, it can look like that, though. They only show the initial crack for like a second or two.
I feel obi wan is so underrated. The guy was an absolute beast
In my opinion, Kenobi’s scene was truly a shame. On the other hand, Vader’s was perfect and I really enjoyed watching how strong Luke has become in this scene, as it reminds us he’s a Skywalker after all.
I mean Kenobi's scene was showing him getting warmed up after 10 years of not fighting so it's kinda obvious he is not as flashy as Luke or Vader
Obi Wan was still trying to remember he is THE master of soresu
Obi Wan’s is sick for it’s own reason. If you can’t see why I feel bad for you.
Lukes is the best imo. Its so fluently executed
The fact a nice guy who loved his family who only wanted them to survive turned into that
Luke scene #1 by a country mile. Top 3 scenes in Star Wars along with the end of Obi v. Ani and Obi v. Maul.
But it’s not, it’s second to Vader’s.
E a Leia com o Obi Wan, certo?
Vaders and Luke's hallway scene were both pretty epic to me
Rebel trooper: open fire
Here take it , take it
Launch!
Darth Vader has got me replying his part a lot of times by how cool he's executing those guys
Ah yes! The epic hallway scenes of Uncle Grandpa, Dad Vader, and "Chosen Two? Chosen the Sequel, Chosen Second? Ah screw it green lightsaber it is"! Lmao I love Star Wars 😂
Obi Wan, no sense: a underwarer window not Blasterproof?
That’s bad writing
Dude Vaders breathing gave me maximum chills
If only there was a museum of Star Wars vehicles and droids, including the droid troopers, in good condition.
Obi Wan could have broken the window fast if he just stabbed it with his light saver first.
I don't think Ob-Wan was trying to break the window. I think he was holding it back until the right moment.
@@shannonrhoads7099yes that's exactly what he was trying to do
🧐 Based on previous episodes, expected Canoli to deflect Stormtroopers' laser fire into Leia's face and head, killing her 💀. Would have made the series more entertaining 😉.
Just saw you comment the exact same thing on a different video wtf
LOL and this will become an episode of WHAT IF? 😋
Padme and Liea are like mother and daughter
Luke and Anakin are Like father and son
Uhhh cause they are
I love how each scene captures their characters rly well.
Fav is vader tho. 😂
Vader makes it look effortless, it's above everything else.
