Putting a power inverter on our new fifth wheel

You need a service disconnect switch at the Inverter...That protects anybody from being killed. If they mess with that transfer switch...

Very concise video! Have a question: Since you’re using an automatic transfer switch why do you have to turn off the charger in the power center? I’m trying to figure out the installation in our trailer and want to make it as simple to use as possible so both of us can run the trailer’s systems easily. Thanks so much!

We have to do it that way because when it back feeds power through the charger when we start using the inverter
