I got a weird issue in PS3 mmCM: one of the games there has the correct cover and installs correctly, but the Text Name beside it is wrong (it's the name of the previous game listed above it). The same bug shows up in webman also. What causes this? I had this issue before on another firmware also... must be some bug recognizing proper game name sometimes...
Another weird issue is: when i go to packages installer, I still have Rebug-toolbox listed there, despite the fact I already removed the package from hdd0/packages, and it's not in root folder either, I actually installed it from the root of my USB stick after I repaced the HDD... pretty weird.

Xbox series x fan stopped spinning, overheating message comes on screen. I have tried replacing fan, did not work. i have it all apart looking for physical damange; capacitor etc. cant see any. not sure what to do next. if only i could power the fan alternatively; USB...

did you feel the rush if it doesnt work ...so basically all screws are torxs?
you should used liquid metal themal paste it would give better cooling performance and BTW they actually choose to make the psu internally that would make harder to replace it it break and add to the heat produced by the console
Not good idea. Liquid metal is conductive and any shakin durin that vertical position could sip out and short the mobo.

try to run bluray dvd player of xbox series x on PC, you can place sata normally, you can look at the power connector diagram and adapt pc, try it please

It's 1 of the 2 side screws for the fan

The fan is in there snug and secure
But I would feel more comfortable knowing I have 0 missing parts lol

mines been shutting off after about 5 -8 hrs of gaming , I think due to heat , so I'm going to be using a external usb fan underneath the console just to force extra air into the console . so far it's doing this with fs19 which I wouldn't call a very high end game or graphics intensive game , but it's doing it , so will see if a usb fan will help stop this from happening .
Best thing to do is use the warranty to get a replacement. If that's not an option perhaps you should open it up and check that all the thermal pads are over the memory chips correctly along with the blue thermal material over the SSD. That SSD gets real hot real fast. Finally you could replace the thermal compound on the CPU. Hopefully that would do the trick.
@@MODDEDWARFARE yes its still under warranty , but here in Australia its still out of stock until at least feb or march i think , so i'll have to wait to get it replaced , until then i'll try to find a usb fan and sit the series x on top of it to help push more air through it .

@@xBennyx How am I going to ruin the experience? I have a modded 360 which I never took online and I enjoy the homebrew stuff. If series X gets modded which is very unlikely coz the one didn't I will like to test out the other back compat games which did not get added due to licensing or any other issue and see if the modding community can run windows 10 on the damn box as the on the 360 you could run dosBox.

Fifa 22 in.the menu
Ac valhalla in performance mode only quality is dead silent
Halo infinite warfare performance loud but quality silent
Its not like a ps4 level but its noticible ...
I ask some friends they told me that their console a quiet .. even with heavy loud
For old gen games even in 4k its silent ...
Also another think i try everything reset console performe offline ubdate cleanig from dust only without open it ..

The last games tennis match point make it loud even its not an heavy game .. also this games called lake its make ot loud anyone can help or confirme what i said please

Everyone that owns an xbox series s/x will have to take theirs apart sooner or later to reapply thermal paste on their cpu, its inevitable. Since Microsoft seems to go with the the most cheapest thermal paste possible, that dries out, 2 years after you brought the console. It never fails, and you'll know when its time to replace the thermal paste to when games that you play for an x amount of time will suddenly crashes and your xbox will restart out of the blue. Thats because the cpu is reaching past its thermal threshold, due to the thermal paste on your cpu being so dry, that it can no longer conduct heat away from the cpu, out to the heatsink. I just don't know why MS just doesn't add thermal pads on their cpu, which would eliminate this problem. Or at least go with a better thermal paste that would last a lot longer.

Series x out of the box looks like a motorcycle motor....
Witg the amount of metal in this system surprised they didn't make the whole thing act like a heatsink including teh outer shell thats why the series x is cooler than the ps5 all that thick metal acts like a a heat sink since there is a thick slap of metal then a thin sheet of metal that the copper heatskin goes on then the extra metal part that probably does nothing but it will build up heat acting like a heatsink all together the xbox series x has more aluminium

Just disassembled and reassembled my shxt and both reassemble and disassemble videos really helped out thnx 🫡🙏
