Döner shops make the garlic sauce more themselves bro haha, offcourse a lot use Yildiriz, but that one is more sweet, my sister doesn’t like it Turks eat a lot of garlic, but fun fact, in Turkey they don’t used garlic sauce like in The Netherlands, more specialized fries chains use more special sauces around the world, in Turkey they put fries in a wrap or bread with döner, veggies, and mayo and ketchup mostly :) with herbs, depends on the choice haha Allso at home we don’t eat yildiriz daily, because it’s not something to eat with authentic Turkish food, but yess it fits the Turkish fast food, even if most restaurants use other brands, and most of them make theiy’re own garlic sauce.
