His play in Cleveland and Jacksonville is keeping him out of the HOF along with the inexcusable backlog that's going on right now at that position because of the dumb voters.

He played in the you can’t come across the middle era….he was flashy and not afraid of the moment…. Don’t ever get him confused with B players, he was A1 … should be in the Hall

@@JsnHighlights1316 if you compare his numbers to other HOFs like Michael Irvin or Lynn Swann then yes he certainly is. But what holds him back is the many teams he played for and some of his off-the-field issues. But he does have the numbers and ring to be in the club...
