BJD Dress Up - Kid Vahn's completed outfit and final look!

I finally finished my first doll customization project of this year, so my kid version of Vahn from The Snakesblood Saga is officially done. Here's his final look, along with some thoughts on what I liked best and what I decided to skip from my original plans for this project!

Good call with the socks. Taking of the shoes stains from one of my dyed dolls removed the dye. Thankfully, it's subtle enough it looks like she has poor foot circulation.

Oh gosh... poor thing! I mostly thought of it after I noticed that while his shoes haven't stained him, Tahl's dye has rubbed off his heels and around his toes just from putting on and taking off his shoes for normal dressing. It's a lot more delicate than I thought it would be, and it has me rethinking some of my plans for dyeing other dolls.

I adore the fabric you used for the shirt! It looks so natural even at a small scale. Did you use lace for the shirt's lace-up loops?

Yes I did! I think I may order some in cream for the next time I make something like this... but the white doesn't stand out too badly.
