Ok, we bought one and for us its great. We mainly use it on large areas where the speed of just one pass helps. Remember this one of their first videos on it. It works much better than shown here. we got ours in 2020 and its an upgraded version of this one and works wonderfully for large areas, we still use the rake and bale method on smaller areas.
Interesting I guess whatever gets the job done however it wouldn't be my choice to go this route we always have to rake a day or hours ahead of baling to give the hay more drying time
Mark H when you're in that scale of production a little lost is worth one less trip around the field. Ive seen them with better rake setups that do alot better tho

i know that alot of people like those speed type rakes had one didn't care for it would rather have to use 2 tractors and have a PTO driven rake.
from italy.... very good....!!!!
How do you balance the hay intake left to right?
Jayson Childs I have a vermeer set up like this it is easier w a 4' baler but consistancy is key
Billy Stuckey how did u do it to the Vermeer rake?
Would work great in cornstalks but not in hay
Is it me or does it seem like it leaves a lot behind?
I wouldnt buy it
