i love the new design for the SL infinity’s, I like the new seamless design of the mirror. I never liked the OG SL’s cause of that but will there be 140mm fans for the LCD SL’s?
As a owner of dynamic EVO I would really like if Lian Li would change the bottom and top fan trays in a way that they would not obstruct the airflow - you know like some other manufacturers have done where the fanblade part has a round cutout. It would look better and also if something is too close to a fan it tends to create a humming resonance noise since air has to move around.
Does the case come out in July or pre-orders for it start then and when can expect delivery?

Phanteks did it first with the D30 but now we’re getting more options I like That
Cooler master did it earlier a couple of years ago
Lian Li makes the infiniy fans with reverse blades for this reason
Has the 011D Evo-rgb not released yet or something. I cant find it anywhere. I really like the rgb lines at the top and bottom. All I can find is the one with the rgb line on the front side.
What are the fans on the case at around 24:00 that have LEDs around the perimeter of the fan blades that are doing a tracing effect similar to a loading symbol?
Are you able to find out if there's a front filling distroplate/reservoir for the O11 EVO XL? I love the look of that case, with three 420mm radiators installed at once, but also with a visually appealing, totally clear snugly fitting front distroplate, with integrated D5 pump would raise it to perfection. But only if it litteraly filled the front panel to fit perfectly, as a large reservoir. Thanks in advance.
you can replace the front glass with a fan-bracket the mesh front replacer - so you could have three and then have the display where the side vent is (with whatever was there going on the front).

Was really hoping for a new dynamic xl iteration that was a bit better in the airflow department for the drive cages and STILL compatible with the EKWB distro-plates, oh and different feet that weren't one piece (like the EVO series).
I'm sure brackets can be made to fit existing distros...but air flow by default has improved because the EVO XL supports 140mm fans and 420mm rads.
Will there be also a mesh kit for the xl?
u can actually put 120 mm fans on the backsite of the drive cages helps the temps a bit
i WANT those LCD screen fans thats incredibly cool maybe when i get a new case and MB this year with more than one nvme slot and argb headers my asus b550 prime kinda blows the the 5600x and rtx3080 rock so so good for gaming

You introduced me to Lian Li back in 2018, I believe. It's my favorite chassis, AIO and fans manufacturer ever since. Great review as always. Still waiting for Lancool III build but I guess it's too boring for you now.
I wonder if they'll refresh the O11d Mini, and hopefully make an Evo version.
I wish they would release a O11D mini XL case with support for 3 140mm fans top, bottom, and side. Would mean the case be longer and taller though but then you could have push pull in the roof in 5 slot mode.

For the O11D-XL Evo; can you unscrew that rear slot panel and simply slide the HDD in like the original O11D-XL?
The swivel mechanism is one of the worse changes they made in my opinion. That side usually ends up being the rear of the case.

On the last booth (around 24:00 ) you should have asked them how they have configured the temp readings. I don't think that CPU was 26 degrees under variable load like shows in the demo. It was prob set on liquid temp or another sensor if you ask me.

I’ve been building PC’s for 15+ years for myself, family, friends, and clients.
I’ve probably used every mainstream Case there’s been.
The O11 Series is the best PC Case I’ve ever built in. Preferably the XL version just for extra room. I try to recommend the EVO or XL to every person I build a PC for.
If you ever upgrade, get the O11. You won’t regret it.

The USB-C on my O11-D doesn't have enough power and gives device errors sometimes. Have to use the MB port. Did LL say if the new cases have increased power to USB-C port or not ?
Mine has that issue as well and it appears to be the cable you plug in from the Front of the case to that headerS

I wish Lian Li would improve L Connect before adding more complexity to it. Can curves reset, and profiles magically disappear. There is also no way to read sensor values from programs like hwinfo or aida so you can set your fans to your water temp for those with a custom loop. You have to use the PWM pass through feature and separate fan control software. I wish the hubs would accept more 3 pin non Lian Li devices since Lian Li doesn't sell strips. Again with a custom loop, you may have GPU block, CPU block, reservoir etc 3 pin devices. You would need 3 hubs to control those through l connect.
They need to develop for Linux as well.
Lian Li has beaten this design to death.

Aaand 18:11 happens. This is the first I've seen a company offer reverse flow fans. Maybe I've been living under a rock, but are there standard fans or standard rgb fans that come in reverse flow?

bummer about the EVO XL not having dual PSU support anymore. It's one of the main reasons I chose the original O11 XL for my rendering rig.
it does have dual psu support u can even put in 3 if u want

So does O11 Evo XL has option for front mesh panel (in certain shot I can see 4 screw holes on top and bottom)? If not then this is DOA case, considering normal EVO has it.
Also hot-swap cages. Whole idea of hot-swap is to remove drives from outside. :facepalm: Argument about putting case on the floor or can't pull because of the wall - you clearly doing it wrong. What's the point of buying show case if you don't have the space on the desk in the first place?
