1 tsp rosted chana dal
1/2 tsp rai
1/2 tsp urad dal
few curry leaves
3/4 bowl water
1 sachet eno friuit salt
1 pich heing
1 green chilly chopped
1 inch ginger chopped
some fresh coriander leaves
for chutney
1 bowl fresh coconut
1 tbsp peanuts
1 handful coriander leaves
2 green chillied
1 inch ginger
little tamarind
few curry leaves
1 tsp salt
