Oh this is absolutely lovely, love love that you incorporated John's final ever bow for the house before the fateful incident ... this collection is absolutely what inspired me to discover more about Dior, Haute Couture and fashion during my teens. I remember seeing this on the Dior Website when it was in it's early 2010s format... much better and immersive than today's catalogue like module...

I got lost down a rabbit hole while trying to answer this question. Most likely it is a custom machine for the atelier, but you may be able to find similar machines under the name “pounce machine”. There’s a blog article called “How to embroider like Penn & Fletcher” which calls this machine a “mechanical perforator”.

The coat is a work of art but whoever did the makeup on the runway models at the end needs to be fired. The highlight down the nose and on the chin looks terrible and the contouring down the sides of the nose is unblended. Amateurish.

The makeup is what it’s supposed to be. It’s also stage makeup techniques so that makeup will still pop up despite the harsh stage lighting.
