- Race through the diamond mine from Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs on a swaying family coaster ride. Seven Dwarfs Mine Train in Fantasyland at Magic Kingdom Park, Walt Disney World, Lake Buena Vista, Florida, USA.
At the summit, feel the wind across your face as you navigate hairpin turns and head deep into the mine shaft-your creaky cart teetering back and forth. Soon, the dark sparkles with glittering jewels and you encounter the Seven Dwarfs, whistling and singing while they work.
Chug through the cavern and climb skyward. At the peak, glimpse an incredible view of Fantasyland before racing back down to the foot of the mountain.

I was the lead sculptor for this ride at Walt Disney Imagineering and worked on all of the characters and props, and I still haven’t had a chance to ride it, haha! So thank you so much for this amazing video! Cheers!😂👍
I wish this ride was longer
xxitsFefexx I agree. They tried to combine a coaster and dark ride, but the combination fulfilled neither. The coaster is mediocre, and the dark ride doesn’t really tell a story.
Agree mostly but I like that it's a good "tester ride" for seeing how kids will do on bigger rides when the more kid oriented ones are a bit bellow their age level. But there's definitely no story and the dark ride portions are ultimately pointless. Plus having the queen trying to break into the cottage as the final scene is just a terrible choice imo. It really just feels like an afterthought.

fortifarse I think it can be a tester ride while still being longer? It’s been awhile since I was that young, (Maybe I shouldn’t say that I’m not even 20) but I don’t think length makes a tester ride.

monkeyboyjosh gaming ahhhh why did they get rid of that mini game?!? that was the best! Also, once you get into the vault in the queue, have everyone around the barrels spin all of them at once! If all of them are spinning, snow white gets projected in the center of the ceiling, the silly song starts playing and the dwarfs and snow white perform a dance to the song as long as all of the barrels continue spinning! Its really awesome!

Nah, it's way kiddier. This ride offers nothing for anyone who likes even slight thrills. It's way too short, too.
At least the Paris version offers lots of thrill and theming because if it’s connection to Phantom Manor (Paris haunted Mansion) and ties the whole frontier land together!

We had to wait 5 hours just to ride it,mostly due to it closing down several times
This is why I don’t enjoy universal (Hollywood). Like it’s fun but you wait in like 3 hour waits for like a 2 minute ride. The mummy is literally at least 30 seconds I swear I counted one time

The park isn't open yet, so I know you didn't film this anytime recently. I can't believe how much Disney spent on this attraction, or how many long LONG years it took to build! It's an ok ride, but the rocking cars cost WAY too much for the end effect- which is practically unnoticeable.
Great for little kids. The queue will have to be redesigned to remove all the 'touchables' vis a vis C19. Disney opens in two weeks, WOO HOO! [I'm in an at risk pop, so it could be YEARS before I can go back. To any theme park WAAAahaahhh]

It's a fun ride but the wait is INSANE for what you get. You could ride Space Mountain three times or 7 Dwarfs' Mine Train once. It's no contest.

To be fair, this is the only ride at Magic Kingdom that's even able to stack anyway. If either Big Thunder Mountain or Space Mountain stack, they actually E-stop and have to be shut down and evac'd before they can be started up again.
@@VestedUTuber Yea, big thunder mountain's operations are insane. It's programmed to have 2 trains in one block and it has uphill mid courses, meaning the train has to be winched over them if it stops. Also, it's throughput is insane. It's like 2,500 pph!
What are you talking about? Disney stacks trains all the time. Well... at least Disneyland does. I don't really know about Walt Disney World. However, I think it's acceptable for Disney to do it because they have the theming to get away with it. They have things to look at - things you wouldn't notice if you just went straight into he station. Other parks don't do that so that's when stacking becomes annoying, but Disney makes it feel like it's really meant to be that way in the attraction so that the show continues even if it's not running properly. They even do it for ride stoppages and evacs.
Can I ask what is wrong with stacking? Is it just that it kinda kills the flow of the tide?

I feel this ride gets put down because it is a kids roller coaster. The carts cant swing too much because this has to be tame enough for the kids that are terrified of coasters. Then they promoted it too much so way too many people wait in the line not realizing it is a kids ride. All in all it was cool, it just has lines that this ride does not deserve.
Two hour wait for a 2 minute ride: NEVER AGAIN! - not worth it!

Well that’s why they want you to travel. And one reason being Disneyland would never get rid of their Snow White attraction it’s a classic
