This is hands down my favorite song in the world and has been for ages. I think every version of it is incredible. I used to think it was a shame but I'm actually glad it was never officially released on any album outside of deluxe editions because now we have so many different versions of the song and they all have this hauntingly beautiful raw, lo-fi quality.

Sabo Tabby do you know where to get a copy. It was the song for the first dance at my wedding and I’ve lost my copy 😢🤣

This is the best version i have heard of this beautiful song. I have always thought that the instrumental version from Another View album was far better than that of the one in the special edition of Loaded. This one blends both together so well! This is probably their best song!

I'm not trying to be a jerk but as a recovering addict, you're always happier after a fix (sober since April 2017)

this song really showcases the VU. cut it up into individual tracks, and their really is nothing phenomenal going on. basic riffs, rythym tracks, and lyrics. the blend, though, transcends the total of the parts. all their work strikes me the same way. blending plain vanilla into a sublime example of creativity. out-damn-standing!!!

Holy mackeral - they were YOUNG!!!! (And the song is really nice - in the canon with Sunday Morning and I'll Be Your Mirror - my favorite VU era.)

    自殺がテーマの美しい曲だと思いますね。louのソロでのバージョンと歌詞が全く違うのも聴きどころかなと。

It's a home demo. This is the best version musically, but sadly you won't get this same rendition in a better quality

awesome, thanks for this - if they had done a proper recording of this im sure it would have been one of their best tracks - right up there with venus in furs. btw, where did you get it from?

Molto affascinante la voce di Lou Reed. Ha cantato da solista tante belle canzoni, di cui alcune piuttosto difficili..... comunque unico e molto bravo.

I'm deeply disappointed. I thought this band was supposed to be weird and avant-garde. But this sounds like Pachelbel's Canon In D Major, and it's nice. So screw VU.
