BeamNG.drive is a vehicle simulation video game developed and published by Bremen-based video game developer BeamNG GmbH. The game features soft-body physics, which simulates realistic handling and damage to vehicles.
The Gavril B-series was one of my favourite mods when it still worked. It had plenty of configurations for a heavy duty offroad truck. I loved the 10-wheeled configurations but now alot of textures and materials are missing. The owner has said that they are working on a remaster.

Some of the most nostalgic for me:
Herbie the love bug mod, if you crashed him he would go slow, if you lasted along time without crashing, he would go very fast.
RC Covet. Wasnt high quality at all. But very fun.
Codenamefullsize, which was covered here.
Racing capri mod, i dont remember much about it, but i always wished for a stock variant.

I always liked the MAZ 203 Bus because this Vehicle was Build in the 90's in Corporation between the German Bus Manufacture Neoplan and MAZ in Belarus and it was the first Real Bus Mod before we got the DT40L from Wentward
The Ibishu Blackfoot... I remember trying to find it on the repo, but being confused why it's not there.
The ETK 1300, oh man, the ultimate Karen SUV.
I'm suprised the Fait One isn't broken.
I can't wait for the OldsFullSize to get a remaster.
Also, one of my faves were the Satsuma 210, which also, surprisingly, isn't broken

One of my first mods were Honda del sol. It was very good mod for like 2015-16 it had so much configurations for this years (as i remember) and the deformation was perfect too. I really love this mod, forever in my heart❤

I rember some forgotten and broken mods: Toyota Celica ST205 street version by Schumacher, Ibishu covet 1994 by Wrinkle, it got revamped by Stiv and you will find my revamp under the Stiv thread at page 21 and Toyota AE86 by Schumacher

I remember when there was a 1981 Datsun 720 King Cab mod in OG beamng. Almost every Beamng RUclipsr at the time had it, which was awesome since that truck is my all time favorite automobile. Sadly, it has dropped off the face of the earth.

7:15 This was one of the first mod I downloaded in beam, and I was astonished by the details back then and today
I've never forgotten the Gavril Blue Collar mod, It was my first beamng mod that I downloaded.
The farming pack, entirely consisted of vehicles converted from the Farming Simulator series. It featured some popular and interesting mods such as the Liebherr wheel loader.

The Ibishu Pigeon XL series was one of the best cars. It was beautiful. In bad conditions, the car was working. Due to the updates, the parts of the vehicle were not fabricated
I remember the old Scirocco mod. When I went caravanning up to Cornwall back in around 2018 I was messing around with that car a lot on my old laptop.
Same with quite a few other mods in this video, actually..
when the ETK 1300 first came out it looked like a very fun mod. i used it everytime i would join beamng drive sadly it outdated and now days when i see old beamng videos
i would see that kind of ETK and i thought what kind of car is that. thanks for bringing the good memories back

Used to blow up in the repository but outdated because of remaster in 0.31
Beamng Tanker Skins
Very useful for roleplaying in 2021-2023 but after new 0.31 update the tanker with skins outdated.
Codename Oldfullsize its not the original Oldfullsize but it got boring after new updates
Beamng Crane Mod: It used to be very popular in the repository because its the first ever crane in Beamng but it was replaced by the VM1200 HeavyLift Crane (Btw its avalable in Kofi and Gumroad) Tanker Uplift Series: Used to be one of the most Beamng's Finest Creations but after 0.31 the mod became boring
Chicken: Used to be a funny and Impressive mod it was really not that useful so it went dead
Unicycle FlashLight: Not really used for everything but it was good in the dark but its outdated now
Autmation Mods: Its like the repository mods but less realistic but with specific Brand like Toyota so players just used normal mods
Old Bus Mods from 2015-2017: It used to be used in FrlzErlz's Videos but it was later replaced by the Wentward D20
(My Favorite) Fictional Police Forces: A very popular mod since 2017 and a of players including me complained about the Pessima and the Van Skins being broken like the van spawns with no roof and broken texture but to fix it you can go to the parts and find roofs and lightbars but the texture cannot be fixed :( Also the pessima spawns with a white stock skin I was sad that this mod was broken, and the Creator OuiDacai tried sending fans the fixed versions but failed, and even the vivace textures are having problems too
Vivace Camera Car: It was a hit for fans and it was made by the same creator but it quickly changed in newer updated with also the texture being broken so OuiDacai is really having a hard time on his mods
Old Dodge Hellcat, Durango, Charger: Used to be very popular in the mod community also being used in FrlzErlz videos exept for the Durango but new ones started being added which made them go dead.
Dodge Viper: Used in FrlzErlz Vidoes but quickly became outdated with the car spawning with no engine and loud sounds.
Farming Pack: Used to be used in Beamng Fun's Video but it was quickly cancelled for an unknown reason
Somerset: A very cool map from London it was going great for it until it became boring.
ATM: A useful prop that was fun to crasb into until it outdated.
Hamster Wheel: (Now I know its not a mod but im just saying 😂) it was a very boring prop made by Beamng so players quickly regretted it
Ghost Dessert: Used to be another versiob of Utah but it was quickly replaced with Johnson Valley
GridTrack:
Used to be a map for train beginners but after noobs became better it quickly became empty.
2016 PeterBlit Truck: Used to be used in FrlzErlz Videos but quickly became outdated in 2018
Car crushing tank:
A crushing tank that was fun to drive with but quickly became outdated
Ibishu Dove: An alternate version of the pigeon transforming the pigeon into a sedan btw I used to like this mod when I was a Beamng Rookie in 2021 but it quickly outdated
Ice Flatbed Trailers: It was a long version of the Flatbed but quickly became bad because now it wont let your truck attach to it.
T-Series Pug:
The flat front version of the 0.27 T-Series it was quickly a hit because its a new version but was replaced by the 0.31 one Beamng made.
The CrashHard Shed: It was a hit because it was fun to crash into it but quickly became boring because it now barely takes any damage when hit.
The Offroad Van: A good configaration made by CrashHard and it breaks so fast but it quickly died in 2021 so that that.
Gavril Barstow Offroad:
The same as the Offroad Van and it outdated too.
Walking Dummy:
A MasterPiece but it was quickly added to a new mod with the other mods as the same.

The VW Polo R WRC and the Civetta Group C were two of my favourite mods

I've had this mod saved for YEARS and it works perfectly, however it tends to flip, and has no engine customization, though the RK's mod is able to help with that.

For the 3rd part, you should defintely add the VW Polo WRC or the Mitsubishi Lancer Evo IX from 2014
I remember The FIREHAWK! The huge 27L V12 beast in the car, So much fun it was! And the machine guns that were on it was one of my favorite parts!

Im always very sad when mods break. Its cool to hear that a lot of modders are actually working on rebuilding and fixing their mods
you should include more of those OG sport/rally cars from before the days of official beam repository, like the VW Polo R WRC, or the Capri Group 5 mod in part 3, those were legendary in the early crash compilation videos

the dh hyper bolide was one of the first mods i ever downloaded it still works and it even has a old bolide model

Yeah It was due to 0.32 update the recent update from the game. And unfortunately the car has gotten worse over time after this update.

Some of my favorite mods were map mods, an obscure but fun one was Island Of Eutora, stopped working years ago.

@@TimSlee1 I'm glad it works. :D I know more "tricks" that might be useful for a lot of players, I will make a video about them in the future. :) In this case, the fix was very simple - the map uses old ".ZIP format" that is not compatible with newer versions of the game.
I hate mod incompatibility, it's one of the main reasons I'm keeping old versions of the game in case a new update breaks anything. I've only started doing this recently, but I have a copy of 0.31.3, a copy of 0.32.2, and I'll continue doing this for future versions. I hate not being able to use mods I like.
For me, it's the ORIGINAL Pessima Wagon mod made by Narwhal it was last updated May 15th, 2017. RIP Narwhal..

The nostalgic mod for me has to be the Audi A6 (C7) from worldofmods, i remember there's also a police variant (i think?)
I sometimes find the Codename Oldsmobile/Chevrolet somewhat of a "too good" kinda mod. Sometimes it's details and overall appears just seems outta place in BeamNG, because it's so real looking. It almost seems higher quality then general BeamNG.
If you do a part 3 include WBIMP(Wuh-bimp.) The next mod is so iconic it deserves it's own sentence. The pickup, the toyota hilux, the HOMY

A very great recommendation for next video, the ibishu kashira! I had lots of fun with that car back when it was released and it’s a very great mod. But I stopped playing with it because it didn’t have any updates. Another one is the RC car pack, which is a very peculiar and cool mod, especially for the date it was released!

Etk 6000 and 4000 is the best truck i remember. It has good configs and some addons mods.But now have broken hood and camper area camera.
I'd say the most nostalgic mod/mods for me beside 2 others would have to be the Ibishu Chisai. Little thing is a blast to drive and besides some bright lights for headlights and tail lights; It holds up, all the way up!
The second mod for me which I still use to this day would have to be Ewanc's lidar version of the Road Atlanta map. Holds up not as well since some structures like tents and some other things load in as you get close to them. Besides that hiccup, the map is a Wonderful add on to my mods folder and I can't live without it!
The 3rd and most recently updated mod that also spans back to 2022 for me would have to be Maxy's crown vic. Nothing to complain about the mod besides the tail light textures are a bit outdated to the rest of the mod and the engine sound for the V8 is the default V8 sound. Besides that It's still updated and a Ab-So-Lute Joy to have in my mods folder! The thing will take a beating too like the real thing!
Over all the mods I mentioned here are all ones that could have the spotlight at anytime as I've got fond memories with all of them and all are still in use today. out of the 3 though; I'd stick with the Chisai If I couldn't install another mod for the rest of my life.

@@krabgrass yeah me too! tbh another downside I see about it is there's no awd for the Ute body style. another upside being it's the only other I2 engine option I have in my mods folder. Been trying to find some addons for the Chisai for a long time! Thx for responding!!

@@HeyCraze BeamNG has been having problems since the last patch and the mod manager doesn’t work. One day it randomly deactivated all my mods and the “activate all” option doesn’t work. For instance, when I click “activate all mods” it gets stuck loading forever and doesn’t activate my mods. Is that something you could help me with?
I've been meaning to do a video like this, since I've still saved some of these legendary mods. This is what I grew up with.

Satsuma 210 is surprisingly, resilient toward updates
Also, i reworked ibishu dove (enlarged pigeon), and since the author never seen in the forum after 2019, I used components of it for Pigeon Performance mod.
Nah, the Dove works fine for me.

3 mods that I own that haven't gotten an update in 5+ years: Gavril Vandetta, Burckell Caldera, and Ibishu Dove
1 Mod that hasn't gotten an update in 3 years: ETK W-Series
Own as in I downloaded the mod and I would like these to be in Part 3.
2 things i shall add just to help people
the original author of the ibishu blackfoot is working on a remaster (and has been since about 2020) under a beamng forum titled "1983-2001 Jeep Cherokee & Comanche (XJ and MJ)
the oldsfullsize mod uses textures from the old bolide (at least some dash textures). this is fixable by downloading the "Civetta Bolide Legacy Edition" mod. its a simple fix.
The gavril B series is probably the mod I had the most fun with. With 0.31 it’s now broken but it was great back in the day.
I have idea for how countries drive, in Pakistan there are trucks struggling to drive on mountain roads with cars honking at them, Landcruisers and Civics speeding on the highway tailgating other drivers and flashing their high beams at them, they then overtake and look directly at eachother with a death stare, and traffic and honking everywhere. (also sorry if too long)
The very first mod and forgotten mod for me was the gabes Honda prelude
mods that deserve a part 3:
1- WBIMP - it is a mode full of configuration and new things for a game but nowadays it is not updated and has been abandoned, nowadays we have KLJP but it is not the same as WBIMP the mod still "works" but there are some cars that don't have texture, such as the etks (800 and K), the moonhalk from the 80s, the 200nx and the pessima from the 80s There are cars that don't have this problem but they aren't yet or they're so outdated that they can't move, as is the case with the etk I in that 3-door version and the cherrier wagon. Another thing that ended up happening which was both problems was the Bruckell Legran which has buggy textures and also doesn't run and also the classic versions of the car are buggy with the WBIM mod.
I found a version in modland without texture bugs but the cherrier wagon and etk i haven't yet, and the etk K and 800 also have texture problems and Bruckell Legran doesn't have the mod versions.
2 - LKS prerunner
the creator of this car deleted his beamng account but someone left the link for anyone who wants to download it in the game threads.
3 - Gavril CB40
the mod works but the only problem is that it has texture problems on the wheels and also those trailer versions where some objects have texture problems.

The first mod I´ve downloaded was the Ibishu Saga.
I´ve always really liked it. It hasn´t been updated for a while but it still works perfectly fine.
My favorite mod is fiat one and addon d-series pack

Suggestion: Gavril Bandit
The Gavril Bandit was an awesome car mod that was made back in November-December 2015. The shifter and mirror textures are broken like the Blackfoot but it is still going strong to this day. The crashing sound is very weird but that is to be expected.
Something called the Ibishu royal iroquois will be the closest re-birth of the Blackfoot

Lmao the Scirocco mark 2 was the reason I got into BeamNG in the first place considering the fact that it is my dream car :P
I remember the gaz volga 24 mod I used to see yt videos it is very nostalgic for me I think it was uploaded during 2017 it was very good that time but now it is very laggy and it has to many missing textures
im still using those mods because Ibishu Blackfoot idk why its outdated if its ok, fait one im using it every day i play beamng, etk 1300 no because its don't wanna start for me for some reason, lancia delta i made my own remaster, oldfullsize you can just delete the lights and the glass and no problems.
Oh yeah and the Fait one also was in a commercial on SourDisc's Channel
I miss the Skoda 130, oldsfullsize, 1994 covet and covet 5 door
The 5 door covet has a fix but you need to download an unsupported pack for it to function.
It's about how popular the car is. The Toyota Supra so old even before backfire update to this day people still keep updating it.

I still daily my Ibishu Blackfoot, a solid mod that aint broken, I love it.
The Roth Alpha fix you sent in the description is completely covered in No Texture, I tried clearing cache but it didnt fix it

@@WTR345 Try one more thing. Disable all mods before you clear the cache, then drop the Alpha into the mods folder. Start the game and let the Alpha to be the only mod that is enabled and try to spawn it.

I remember mod that called Ibishu Plum, you can't find it anymore, cause it was replaced by Ibishu Selena, Ibishu plum was a such great mod...

I still have the Bitron B2 installed. Works fine, except for the car-brand logo which is replaced with a wood-icon.
the logo has always been a wood icon, very intentional.

I've heard the creator of the Blackfoot abandoned that mod but is remaking it again from the ground up so hopefully we can see Blackfoot V2 come out soon
