I love that Kyle tries to have minimal plans with what he does. This is the way I love living my life. If someone asks me what I'm doing tomorrow, next week, in a month. I usually say maybe... but I find myself either being annoyed that they ask me a question that forces myself to speak restrictions of my infinite possibilities out loud or wishing I could give a solid answer...
You have spoken a frustration I have but couldn't quite find the words. Don't restrict me. I've gotten where when I am I asked I will ask in return "is there something you need which only I can do?". It usually brings an authentic response from the requester, such as "no, I just wanted to spend time with you without expectation". Or maybe "yes, I know you have experience in this matter and want you with me to guide me". Once I know the root or true intention I am more receptive, willing, and joyful to commit. Does that sound selfish? I've spent so much time in the past resentfully giving to others that it brings physical pain. I'd rather give of myself and time on a free flowing loving nature.

But because of years of meditation habit, I knew this was something coming up for release. I listened to a matthew hussey stage speach (lewis howes intoduced him) on the three levels of confidence. He ended it with The Butterfly story/analogy on three types of people. and I lost it. Just cried. It felt like a release. The word FAILURE. And HEARTBROKEN came to me. A quick life review occured and I remembered scenes where I felt these two words. Cried it out, let it go, accepted it and felt better. A friend of mine had been antsy and tense recently. They suddenly had an idea out of nowhere, to create a painting, got excited. After this "high", they too, experienced a low. Cried. They realized it was LOST TIME. They had not created all the art inside, all their life and expressed their soul. Because of responsibility, work, family expectations, duty and opinions. When you feel bad. Feel a density. Feel that "zit about to pop". Just cry. The reason will come to you. In a word, in a theme. Embrace it, accept it and release it. Only then can you grow forward.

I like Kyles delivery/message via his thinking and consciousness, (and ego) because ego is a part of being human as well, it’s simply our conditioned memories. We can never lose it entirely. What I would dearly love to see, is Kyle, sharing the floor and asking the participants questions and let them answer the questions though their own consciousness. This would really endear him to me. I am afraid there is still too much performance ego there. This is where the teacher, teaches without teaching. It takes a very humble person to share and recognise the loving wisdom in everyone, in the moment. Then my attraction to him, would escalate exponentially.
Your reference to the currently elected official reminds me of my thoughts when it occured. It wasn't just about us, but something he needed, not for his ego, but bc this was going to he a opportunity of growth for him, the chanceto see and reach inside himself for incredible change.
