I don't know of a chord chart showing closed chord positions off the top of my head, but I'll find one for you or maybe make one for you soon.

I just made a short closed chord chart of just the major chords. At least this will get you started with the basic chord shapes and concepts. Once you have a closed chord shape, you can simply slide up or down the fretboard to change chords. Here's the link to my PDF chart.
