I love your teaching style. So many musician players who teach are not as patient and able to break it down. I will definitely stay with your videos. I am a performing musician who just sings but I need to develop and strengthen my ukulele strum style. That up down strum is GENIUS!
Mahalo nui loa, Johah! My Dad played and tried to teach us as kids, but I just didn't like the sound of his Uke so never picked it up. A couple months ago a dear friend let me noodle on her new uke and I loved it. So much so that I bought my own and am learning it now. And by the grace of god, Dad's lessons are coming back. Who knew that was even possible. And thank you very much for the strumming pointers! Every little bit helps!
I’m super interested in the option of the resin nails. It I went to a nail salon, what type of nails should I ask for? Do you have them on your left hand/fretting hand also?

Yes, this is exactly what I teach my guitar students to do as well.
