18 min Core Workout for Mountain Bikers

  • Join Mountain Bike and Strength Coach Bekah Rottenberg for a killer 18 min core workout! This video wastes no time so be prepared to start right away. The workout is an 18 min EMOM with 5 core exercises and a 1 minute rest between sets. The movements are:
    1. Plank progression
    2. Side Plank
    3. Other Side Plank
    4. Hollow Hold
    5. Russian twists (with optional DBs at end)
    6. Rest
    All you need is yourself and a mat! If you have a DB or KB you can use it at the end, but it's not necessary! Get ready to connect with your body, build core strength, and improve your confidence with mental AND physical strength training!
