hello friend! I'm Brazilian and I followed your steps to update my Hélix 10, but when I insert the SD card, Hummbird doesn't start the update! It seems like it doesn't read the card and it's a micro SD 10 32GB! I do not know what to do

Did you let me know if you disconnected the live transducer before the head unit update? Per the hummingbird directions it says to disconnect.
