Clint Eastwood is the last of the top actors of yesteryear. At 91 years old he likely doesn't have too many days ahead but I'm grateful to have lived in his time to have seen his work back when he was in his prime. Even in his elder years he demonstrated his greatness in his craft. When he's gone he'll be sorely missed and I hate even thinking about the day when he's not with us anymore. Clint is an American icon and is loved by so many.

Eastwood often wrote his own lines. Eastwood created most of the scenes in the trilogy and came up with the dialog that Director Leone liked and added it to the movie. Clint wrote the best scene with ..... "You see my mule don't like people laughing, get's the crazy idea you're laughing at him"..... the rest is brilliant movie magic history.
Eastwood's also a composer, like Charlie Chaplin was with his own movies. He composed that beautiful "Claudia's Theme" that opens and closes the movie Unforgiven.
I still all these years later remember where I saw that final scene in Dirty Harry. Sitting in my grandparent's kitchen watching it on CBS. It still holds up as one of the greatest scenes in cinematic history.

Sounds like the West needs to watch some 'Dirty Harry' to get some sense, considering all that moaning about police brutality. I know two things; in Poland we had little to no trouble with shoplifters, while in the UK we have a lot. The difference is in the UK, we can have a man on CCTV caught stealing, we can catch him red handed or track him, find out where he lives, tell all that to police and they refuse to do anything. In Poland if you did something wrong, the police would come in 15 minutes, and beat the shit out of you, and give you a penalty. And if they come in 15 minutes and gave you a ticket, without beating you to a pulp, our security would track you in the town, and beat you to a pulp. A restaurant owner told me once our police did beat him so badly he couldn't walk for a month, (he was a teenager vandalising bus stop, so they beat him to a pulp). He was actually glad they did it, because 'it helped him go back on straight road'. The guy was beaten so badly he couldn't walk for a month, and he is for the police beating shit out of people. Important thing to note, the police knew how to make it painful, but not dangerous. They beat his legs and arms so badly he needed over a month to recover, but they didn't touch his chest or head.
